I wrote to cancel my vodaphone contract last week and now Im getting 2 phone calls a day from this number...its very frustrating as Im in Spain on holiday!! Glad I found this site though now I wont bother worrying about answering it.

The best way / faster way to get out of the 30days notice is ask for a pac code, you'll get it by post within 5 working days (it will take 5 days) when they gave it you and you used it just use it on a pay as u go sim card, they have to end the contract, so you just cancelled your contract within 1 week instead of 30 days, they can not charge u the whole month,

anyways i just found that out, i am moving to another monthly contract, just thought the above would be helpful to someone,

oh and yes this number did call me the other day,. i answered, no one answred back then line went dead.

Well, I received a call from this number & didn't pick up.  Found this website saying what it was.  So when it rang again, because I was moving to O2, I picked up and was then offered a very good deal by Vodafone!  So, if you're still looking for a good deal, definitely pick up, because they want to keep you.

i have just got a new phone and a new contract with Vodafone and I have a missed call from this number is it definatewly Vodafone?

Just recieved call from the number 3 rings rang off before I could get to phone, They offered me a new deal back on 9th july which I agreed to, told new phone would arrive next day 5 calls later to customer services and told each time sorry have now sorted it phone is being sent out striaght away 2 weeks now passed no phone.... rang yesterday asked for pac code said we will definately sort this out for you and get new phone and deal sent to you.  told no want pac as moving to O2. told would be sent within 5 days but some-one would ring me on 080 number.  So presume thats the first of many to come not ringing them back will try and catch their next call if they wait long enough

Have recently requested to end my contract with Vodafone when it runs out next month. Since then Vodafone have been harrassing my little brother (who uses the phone) with silent calls from this number, despite them having a very clear note against my account details (which they confirm) not to call the mobile under any circumstances as it is used by a minor. They have alternative numbers by which to call me. My little brother has had at least 17 silent calls today and is extremely stressed by this. Considering taking legal advice as to whether I have a case against them as a corporation for harassing a minor.

Calls me and hangs up after 1 ring - still a vodafone customer and it has only just started - What do they want?

Requested my PAC code yesterday and had a phone call today. Person picked up within 2 seconds of me answering. Confirmed that the PAC code was on the way and asked why I was leaving.

Was a sales call but not pushy, English callcentre and very polite.

This should be illegal its certainly harrasement im gettin fed up of their constant calling

Got called from this number today and when I answered I got recorded music playing (silly music!). I am not even a vodafone customer - only went into a shop to inquire about the new Nokia phone!!!

this number has called me every day for the past week, 2-3 times daily never answered it but if it is vodafone i have been with them for 10-years!!

This is definitely vodafone - if you call the number there is a recorded message saying that they tried calling.

THE COMPANY IS LMB AND THEY ARE SPONCERED BY VODAPHONE FOR UPGRADES ETC THEY RING OR TEX YOU THEN HANG UP AND THEY INTURN EXPECT YOU TO RING THEM BACK AT A PREMIUM RATE.. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK. RING THEM ON A LANDLINE ON  0800 013 6675 THIS CALL IS FREE YOU WILL ONLY GET A RECORDED MESSAGE BUT THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CALL.. I WOULD BOMBARD THEM WITH CALLS JUST AS THEY DO YOU.

i also goet missed call from this number. when they call me back i threat them if they call me again i will call police about harrasement. i requested my pac cod i hope i will get in next 5 working days.

Had missed calls from this number, still voda customer, have not tried recalling it

had a message today saying they were going to ring in 48 hours with a pac number what ever that is,they did ring later today but as soon as i picked up the phone they hung up.it is vodafone.i find this behaviour out of order and harrassing!

dont recall it will cost you a bomb,i'm still a customer just going back to pay as you go.

Wished I'd read the above post! I've just had a missed call too. Called it back, but the automated message said it was a premium-rate number so hung up. I am a Voda customer and not thinking of leaving, but might now!

i sent an email to vod to cancel my subscription cos was just too high and wanted a better deal, i got a txt a few days later saying someone is going to call you on this mumber 08080000133. and to save it i totally forgot and when they did phone i answered without thinking and introduced them selfs as vodaphone and asked to comfirm my name and address and told me that as of 13th oct my contract will be up and then the woman asked if i would return i said i would have to think about it and she hung up on me and now getting phone calls from the number which i am ignoring.

Getting about six calls a day from this number since i have ended my contract from Vodafone. when i do answer there is no one there is just goes dead.
