- Peter| 1 replyBeen having huge problems with Vodaphone Home and Broadband service over last weeks. Submitted 47 pages - a sample- indicating the problem, what had happened and why and probably how - to Customer Relations Manager in Newbury HQ. Cost £&.25 + £2.35 postage. Arrived Tuesday. Had a bloody fool from this number today. Done NOTHING to sort problem out. Taken most of my time day and night over last weeks. Are they licensed to provide home phone and b/b? Wish I'd never heard of them. I do not use a mobile but put me on a mobile number (EE) even though contracted for home landline after few weeks. A mistake giving it to them but too difficult for them to sort out. Only needs a Username a Password (which can be changed) and the home phone number NOT A MOBILE NUMBER to be sorted.

- Bored of ScamsWhilst apparently this is a genuine Vodafone number, there is software that allows people to make it look real. Got a call and they asked for my memorable word - they should only ask for letters from it, not the whole thing - and they said my bills were going up but they could fix it. When I said I didn't want to talk, they said 'ask me anything about your account, I can tell you anything, that will prove I'm Vodafone'. I hung up and did Live Chat to Vodafone, who confirmed no one had called me from Vodafone BEWARE
- Paul replies to GemmaJust block it as I do with all calls not in my phone book
- MalThey have phoned trice now and then leave a voicemail that you can't understand
- cinzanno replies to Belindablock the number
- AkThis number has called me twice & left a totally incomprehensible message. I left Vodafone, after they took over talkmobile, in Dec as they were incompetent liars. I am dispute with them over my bill but this is ridiculous. Listened a few times to both messages & I have no idea what they are saying.
- Caller: Think vodafone
- JoI have had 6 calls today from this number and it is still before 11am.....
I’d no idea who was calling me until I found this site. Surely this is harassment? - RayRayFor called today stating it was talkmobile staring that I had cancelled my direct debit and could I answer security questions before they proceeded. Was a little reluctant as they had contacted me so that must know who I am!!! Basically I had told them that my contract expired some 6 months ago and I was never offered an upgrade. My monthly repayments remained the San despite fact that both phones I used had been paid for in full after 24 months(Been customer for about 10 years) She asked me for my direct debit details so she could refund my credit?? I explained that as she was calling because I had cancelled my D/D she must have details again as She said she would not be able to refund £1.60 credit.old her was not happy with service provided. Not worried about £1.60!!!! She apologised for their poor service and hung up!!!

- MyPhone08000000133 called me again, apparently Vodafone?
We tried to leave them in July 2019 and got a PAC code but they kept charging me month after month.
I called into their High Street shop and told them I had cancelled - they were completetly disinterested.
I complained over their website but their debt collectors still keep phoning and messaging.
How DO you leave Vodafone ???- Caller: Vodafone
