    They just called me and said we had got cut off! Never spoken to them in my life! And they asked for my full name! Why would I give them my name? And then she hung up!!

    I have just started receiving calls from this number. They do not ring long enough for me to answer. I have just upgarded my phone from Pay as you go to contract. Quite surprised that it seems to take a month before I can view a bill. Quality of technical support from Vodafone awful. They suggested that I use MS Explorer! Too bad if one is using a Linux system. Seriously thinking about chnaging Telco

    I've just had calls from this number literally within minutes from finishing online chat about a query i had with them.  They called me twice at 10pm.  10pm!!!! so annoying.

    this number called me when i told vodafone to email me because i cant have my phone on me at work, i made a complaint on 7 occasions relating to my bill why i been charged such an extortionate rate, vodafone breaching contract agreement, releasing call on me, wasting my time, sent me a text saying my content bar has been lifted when i never requested it, basically i left o2 to join vodafone but the grass aint greener on the other side, so i demanded compensation, £5 what a joke they make your work for less than minimum wage for your compensation, then i do a bit of research vodafone are voted the worst phone provider in the uk, the moral of the story DONT GO WITH VODAFONE THEY ARE USELESS.

    I have just been called from 0808 000 0013. I was supposed to be called from a manager at Vodafone. Would the Manager use this no to call? Im not calling back.as I am not covered by 08 nos with my current supplier.
    I have been through so much with Vodafone regarding a high bill I received from them. After well over a year of being with them they sent me a high bill even although I had not been using my phone any differently. To make it worse each time I called to query it I was given a completely different reason each time. They have given me a default notice on my credit report who I have contacted to explain everything that happened. They didn't make me aware they would be doing this. My case has been with Ombudsman Communications for some time now who are CLEARLY on their side.. I paid over 100.00 to get out the contract as I don't trust Vodafone in any way. The default was for a "final payment" which I didn't pay as I completely disagree with it. I am waiting to be contacted by the Deputy Chief Executive from Ombudsman. They too have done many wrong things. They offered me 25.00 compensation which I refused as too many things have happened. Wish I had never gone with Vodafone in the first place. I have been lied to, not given what I was promised from a manager and much more...Outrageous!

    Incoming call from 08080000133 at 2015-September-23 1208hrs :: nothing heard no response whatsoever :: have very recently taken out yet another Vodafone contract on a PAC from the THREE network :: on switching on find that it's currently running at a whole 2G :: even the news from MSN fails (as it times out) :: currently the subject of a complaint but cannot continue as there's apparently some 'maintenance' in progress... I have my doubts :: not at all sure quite what the purpose of this (attempted) call could be :: earlier this morning I spent some time on the internet MyVodafone [babyspeak] service (as opposed to the MyVodafone+ [babyspeak] stuff which they pre-loaded on the SIM) putting on various bars as appropriate :: which resulted in the usual 'there is a problem' [unspecified] with which I have come to fully associate with Vodafone :: will probably ignore 08080000133 next time.

    I just took ur advice but when I ring the number 08080000133 it connects but don't do anything no answer mess just nothing silence. It's so frustrating. Has this number rang you Adam at all before you tried the number you put on ur post thankyou for ur advice.

    Yesterday I have made an official complaint about Vodafone thru resolver, (http://www.resolver.co.uk), who will investigate my case. As a result i received a phone call from 08080000133, but i missed so hoping they will ring back. Resolver would like to know if Vodafone does not respond they will act again and will advice me what to do .

    Received a call from this number a short while ago but as I was driving I didn't answer.

    After reading the above comments I'm guessing that it is Vodafone ringing.  I have had nothing but problems with them since June 2015, after cancelling my contract and moving to o2 I found that Vodafone were still charging me for the contract PLUS the one before that which my Husband attempted to transfer to my name.........Vodafone failed at the transfer of ownership as well as everything else. I now have a 'late payment' mark on my credit file and am hoping that after having to contact Ombudsman Services, they'll manage to get a satisfactory resolve for me........Vodafone have no intention of sorting things out.
    I'm hoping they do phone back.........I think there will be an interesting conversation regarding harassment from them!

    Vodafone spam! Happens after calling customer service. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me, they spam you with 6+ calls a day for 2weeks and then give up. Call blocker apps for the win!!

    just had call from this number.  eventually told me they were vodafone & wanting to speak to me regards a letter i'd written - ongoing 9 month saga after my account was fraudulently used thanks to vodafone and still not complied with ombudsman findings & rectifications needed, in fact my credit rating is severely affected as they wrongly have me down as missing payments on an account i closed in october which was subject of the fraud.  Told them i will not deal with them via phone, they write to me
