They did the exact same to me! Put me into another contract after my contract ended even though I clearly said I wasn't interested!

Used my pac code to leave Vodafone a couple of days ago,  and now getting calls from this number. Shame they didn't want to do anything to keep my custom (ie the £350+ the owe me from their errors) whilst I was still with them and willing to negotiate.

Hi, I actually cancelled my contract on the phone, got told that's it just pay the last bill n your contract will end/cease in 32 days. This didn't happen instead my bill went up so I had to call back n ask why when the phone is more than paid for why am I now paying more than ever. Was basically that's the bill without your reductions because you cancelled. So I said I was told that it would be cancelled and that the last bill was supposed to be the final bill. Then got put through to another department  (retentions) and finally got that bill thrown out and am now on a sim only deal. The 1st time I phoned up about this matter though I got a rep who I had to repeat everything at least 3 times, differing in the way I said it until she understood. I asked her if she could do what I wanted she said no so I asked to be put through to her manager which she refused to do several times. At this point I was to say the least slightly annoyed. So when I got a rude letter from v'fone I wrote a letter so there was some kind of record of this incase it went to court. Luckily all resolved now. So if u don't have any luck the 1st time try n call again.

Called me three times today did not pick up

I really need to  identify and verify if the above number is vodafone customer service, as I am concerned that someone has been trying to scam my bank details. Can you please help ?

I guess its just a scammer to put off customers from using vodafone

1, save the number as a contact
2, set number to go straight to answer

They can call you up to three times a day (this is without you reqesting a call back)

I've had the same thing but I don't answer or I just cancel on them. I doubt if they're ringing to say I've won the lottery. :-D

The above number keeps calling me day and night and I seem to be unable to block it.
Can you block it for me ?

It's Vodafone. Requested a PAC code within minutes started getting calls from them . Just ignore them.

If this really is vodafone they need retraining. I was called on my mobile in response to my complaint and asked name,  DOB,  mobile no  (cancelled) and then 2 digits of my security no! I refused so he wanted my email. I refused and he hung up.

I've had many calls from this number. It's Vodafone trying to ring me, even though I've written to them and told them I will not speak to them on the phone. They've acknowledged the letter, but still try to ring me. I've blocked their number now so it just shows as a missed call.

I can't understand why they are calling me when the 30 day rolling contract I have cancelled by phone ten minutes ago was for my father (although in my name) who died at the end of July. The people I spoke to were kind and understanding. But surely there must be an option in their follow up process not to hassle me under the circumstances. If not, they need to implement one right away.

I don't think this is actually Vodafone, they called me twice and then proceeded to send a text saying I should call them back; however, upon checking the Vodafone website this number was not given in the 'Contact Us' section

Genuine call from Vodafone customer services. Received in response to a complaint I had made. Very helpful.

In my case this was genuine, and was their technical team calling me back about a fault I've been having with my broadband.
