These guys called me three times today, within one hour. No message left.

Automated message from this number about debt management, despite being registered with TPS and having no debt!

Calls twice a day, no-one normally there. Doesn't leave a message. I want to rip their heads off!

just got a call and hung up when i heard an automated voice saying ' this is an automated message from Lloyds..' then i hung up.

Automated message onto my office phone. Only been installed for last week!

These people keep calling everyday, same time, leaving no message. They just don't get the message do they? The number is shown on the phone display so we never answer this call.

My husband tells me that they reverse charge with these auto calls whenever you pickup. How sneaky! If you hear a little beep before the voice comes up, you know what to do next time.

Does anyone know how to block these calls altogether.  We are also registered with TPS, so they are flouting the law on this, not that there is any REAL action that the victims can take!

Not sure who this company is but they call me 2-3 times per day at different times, sometimes as late as 8pm. The line is silent for about 10-15 seconds before an automated voice starts talking about government changes meaning debt can be wiped out.
Have tried waiting until the voice has finished talking, but it then only gives you the option to connect, not to opt out.
Don't really want to call back and have my number taken off in case I'm charged a stupid amount to do so  --_--

On Pressing 5, the guy from the other side said i was wasting his time when i began asking him questions like how he got my number and not giving him any of my personal details. He advised me to look them up at century21 when i insisted that i needed to do some research before giving any personal info. I finally asked him to erase my number from their list and he told me to fill a form on their website and wait to hear from them.....Very annoying and ofcourse now i have to worry about what i will be charged for that call!

Just called me and I've always been TPS. Your best bet is to complain to the Information Commissioners Office as they can and will take action, don't ever complain to TPS as this is the supposed "self regulation" side of the telemarketing industry who will only write to the company. Time the government actually started to take some stiffer action more often really.

We had a call from 08433270162 and it comes from Relax telecoms plc who are at 18 Buxton Road, Stockport , Ches.  Their number is 08448 777 900 probably a premium number so don't call.  Their website is part of Pimdesign.com whose business is webdesign, content and marketing.  They, in turn, are controlled by  Profitableinternet marketing.com, a UK web marketing organisation.   The head of this company seems to be blissfully unaware of what his subsidiary company is getting  up to, i.e ringing people up, ignoring them and people ringing them up to find out what they are up to and charging them for the privilege.

Thes idiots have got to be stopped.  Go to OFCOM's website and follow the links to get to where you need to be.  Report them NOW!

It has been brought to our attention that there are a number of complaints in relation to calls originating from numbers allocated to the Relax Telecom plc Network.

We would like to state categorically that these calls are not being made by Relax Telecom plc. We are a Telecommunications Network that provide telecom solutions to numerous companies - we are NOT however a marketing company nor do we provide or implement any voice broadcast or auto dialler facilities. .

It would seem that the automated calls in question are using software that display CLI’s (Caller ID’S) that are built on to them.  The nature of this software means that any CLI can be programmed to be displayed. In this case Relax Telecom plc CLI’s are being displayed.

In addition to this, Relax Telecom plc are not delivering these calls via our Network. The service we have actually provided across this range is an inbound only service, pointing to a standard IVR system. This system is provided to a reseller Relay Station, who has informed us that they had allocated the range to the Service Provider SCD Comms who can be contacted at info@scdcom.com

Unfortunately, because it is not our own Network that the calls are being made from, we cannot do anything directly to stop the calls. We can however withdraw the number range and the inbound service connected to it and we are currently investigating the situation to make a further decision on this.
If anyone can kindly provide any further information with regards to the nature of these calls we would be very grateful. In the meantime we would also like to state that we are happy to contact this company on your behalf, if you do not wish to contact them and request the removal of your details – all requests and information can be sent to nuisancecalls@relaxtelecom.co.uk
