Cold call from the the "Debt Department".  When I politely asked who the company was the operator just put the phone down on me!  I believe that they're chasing people who don't wish to be responsible for the debt they've racked up.  What a parasitic business.

No message left

Call about 12.35, not taken by me, and unfortunately detail not recalled by person who did.

They just called me and its the call that runs through all the names of banks. I cut it off by the end of that so that im not sure of what they say after but its really annoying

Ive had a few calls a day for the past week from this number. I dont answer it as ive only had my number since last week, and ive only given it to a few people!!

I rang it back today, and got a recorded message saying it was a sales and marketing call, and if i want to remove my number from their database to press #1, so i did.

Just got a call from 08433270164.

The automated call said they were offering refunds for Barclays, Natwest and other banks. I cut the call before listening to the rest.

Says that if I'm a Lloyds TSB, Barclays or Natwest company I'm entitled to get money back from being mis sold products.  All I need to do is press 5.

Called at 18:30. Tape recording listing names of banks and saying that they have to re-imburse customers for something or other. I hung up half-way through and have saved the number as "SPAM!!!" in my phone's address book, so I won't be answering any more.

08433 270164 called offering automatic refund - yeah right....

I've just been called from this number after receiving an automated message about refunds for Lloyds, Natwest and other banks. I pressed as requested and eventually an agent answered. He asked me if I have outstanding loans or credit cards. When I asked who he was he said Century 21 but when I refused to give him detailed information and asked again who his company was he hung up.

They have a list of numbers they use. Another bunch of monkeys who are too LAZY to check with TPS. On to the block list it goes.

When times are difficult we have to be even more resistant to filthy greed like this.

this phone number is continually calling me at all hours of the day and  night - no idea who it is - please help

Just had a call from 0845250726.
They claimed to be a double glazing company and asked me how likely was it that I would not replace my double glazing.....how did they know!
I told them I was the 'window cleaner' so could not comment !!!!!!!!!!!!! They quickly hung up

Statement from Relax Telecom plc

It has been brought to our attention that there are a number of complaints in relation to calls originating from numbers allocated to the Relax Telecom plc Network.

We would like to state categorically that these calls are not being made by Relax Telecom plc. We are a Telecommunications Network that provide telecom solutions to numerous companies - we are NOT however a marketing company nor do we provide or implement any voice broadcast or auto dialler facilities. .

It would seem that the automated calls in question are using software that display CLI’s (Caller ID’S) that are built on to them.  The nature of this software means that any CLI can be programmed to be displayed. In this case Relax Telecom plc CLI’s are being displayed.

In addition to this, Relax Telecom plc are not delivering these calls via our Network. The service we have actually provided across this range is an inbound only service, pointing to a standard IVR system. This system is provided to a reseller Relay Station, who has informed us that they had allocated the range to the Service Provider SCD Comms who can be contacted at info@scdcom.com

Unfortunately, because it is not our own Network that the calls are being made from, we cannot do anything directly to stop the calls. We can however withdraw the number range and the inbound service connected to it and we are currently investigating the situation to make a further decision on this.
If anyone can kindly provide any further information with regards to the nature of these calls we would be very grateful.
