This company called my mother who lives upstairs from us. She is 87 and terminally ill. She couldn't hear the caller so told her that she would get me. She then had to go down and subsequently back up a long flight of stairs to me. The caller had hung up by the time I got there. My mother's age must have been blatantly clear to the caller, but clearly the hoped for commission was much more important.

I called the number to complain but a message said that the number was no longer in service.

Had message saying i had unclaimed payment protection on mortgage credit card or loan and to press 5 for survey to see if payment is valid

I too received an unsolicited message referring to miss-sold insurance.

My response was to terminate the call part way through, but to check the number on the Internet for evidence of a scam.

This has taken about 5 minutes, which is 5 minutes too much to spend on rubbish of this kind.

I am sick and tired of receiving "urgent messages" from NatWest almost daily. How can I stop them?
