The Advertising Protection Agency website give the impression an official organisation such as the Telephone Preference Service, which it claims to be an Associated Licensee of. It makes no mention of charges in its home page. Only after several pages of registering home details does a request for bank details appear. Leaving at this stage means you will still get a bill and phone calls demanding payment.
