had a call I am TPS this was a previous address a long time ago, will phone as other person did and put them right, 2nd call tonight unwanted so not sure why this is happening now

called me 3 times today. TPS regged. stop calling people and I hope you get sued by someone who can be bothered to sue you.

Getting phone calls from a company called Save Me My Money (allegedly) that are using this number that is revealed using 1471. Claim that my mother took a doorstep survey almost a year ago which she signed, she has no recollection of it and never signs anything at the door. They are claiming that water companies are over charging for removing house run off water into sewage drains and they are the only company that is trying to help people get a refund etc. Evidently you have to pay almost £30 + VAT up front before they send someone around to survey property. Invariably the 0845 number is always busy and you have to hang on indefinitely listening to music. Will be reporting them to TPS

About time this sort of cold calling was made illegal. TPS are totally useless even when, as in this case the company have a visible number. They just told me they got my number from the electoral role, which is a lie because we're not on the commercially available short version. Also we're registered with TPS but for all the good it does you may as well register with your local chocolate teapot.

I guess TPS don't bother reading sites like this, I suppose they are in total denial. Just thankfull that more people actually would rather complain on here in public, that bother the TPS. I guess it's a Government energy saving initiative - TPS doesn't work. It should be SCRAPPED.

I have received several calls from this number. On the last two occasions I did not pick up the receiver.

Weve just had a call from Nationwide Home Improvements, offering Government insulation grants at 20:40 what a bloody cheek luck i didnt take the call.

Keep getting calls from this number, we are TPS registered so shouldn't be getting them. Have told them repeatedly to stop calling but to no avail. Loosing my temper next caller will get an ear full.

Got a call on my TPS registered number. Promised they'd not call me again. Caller was not prepared to give out their home address and telephone number. They did eventually give the company registration number which appears to be correct.

I too have received calls from this number.  I automatically ignore any unknown numbers but do check for messages in case it is an official number.  With many business etc., using 0845 (instead of the routine phone code) it is so difficult to distinguish which is bogus and which is real.  I figure that this way I can't go wrong plus I don't have to put up with annoying and unwanted calls.

Rang to offer free survey of roofspace for government grant supported roof insulation - free to over 70's. Gave company name as Nationwide Energy Services with a website at www.nesuk.com and a call number at 0800 633 5769 which matches the website details and gives the registered address as Nationwide Energy Services Ltd, Matrix Alpha, Northern Boulevard, Matrix Park, Swansea Enterprise Park, Swansea, SA6 8RE.

Several calls from 08451 113111. Last one last night at 9.10pm!  Have not answered any of the calls - but my telephone shows that there may be  1571 message. Nothing heard except clicks and whistles !  Glad know to know that I've been right to ignore. I'm also TPS but increasingly callers of this kind chance their arm.

If you can be bothered keep them talking as long as possible. It wastes their phonebill and gives them less time for calingl someone else to con!
