just had a call from DWS seemed genuine and like an idiot gave em my credit card number,after thinking about it I checked them out on this site.Phoned my bank up ad canceled my credit card just waiting for them to send the pack now and shall send it right back,then they shall be calling  hey ho

i was contacted by dws today although i am ex-directory.they asked to speak to my wife who is disabled,(did they know this?)i told the person my wife was unavailable and asked what he needed to speak to her about,he said it was about her claim and i told him she she has never asked anyone to fight a claim for her.as she is disabled i do all the contacting for her.when pressed how he attained my number he hung up.

I just had a call on my works phone telling me that I could claim £1500 as a credit card limit had been raised without me signing anything. He took me to their website, but I just didn't trust him at all. Said he had sent me a pack in post of which he hasnt't.  he asked for my credit card number of which I wouldn't give him it. So annoying  and so glad I didn't fall for it. Also the number they gave me was 0844 9797390 extn 3029 and his name was Peter and he gave me address as DWS Claims, Riverside court, Chepstow, NP16 5UH but I put postcode into google and it didnt bring up DWS Claims lol.

I have just been called by someone saying they are from DWS.  The number was 08451547956. I have been called by people on this number at least once a week for the last couple of months. It always starts with them asking if I Have received their letter and then they start to tell me that I am entitled to compensation.  I always tell them firmly, but politely that I am not interested.  The man who called today was very pushy.  When I asked for them to stop calling me he insisted that no one from his company have ever called me before then asked what these other calls were about.  When I told him they were about making claims he was very abrupt with me and hung up on me.  They always ask for me by my name.

This company is ran by the same rogues that ran Tucan claims, the sole company director at Tucan Claims was James Alexander Ryan of South West Wales.

The sooner him and the rest of his cronies are locked up the better.

DWS Claims have gone into administration effective today 1000 hrs. They have posted a notice in the entrance of the premises preventing access to the office. It came as a rude shock to the employees and the claimants. Please diseminate this information to all the blogs, forums and websites that talks about this fraudulent company as they are linked to wound up Tucan Claims about a month ago. Please people, it is consumers like you and me who can take the company top task and hold them responsible for deceiving the public.

Total scam company- ripped public off & also elployees by not paying their wages.
People.. Please please lets get the partners in crime arrested b4 they run another show in a new name.

Yeah true they have cheated everyone and basically ripped everyone please people if you have money stuck up with them then basically you have to go to the police, because there is a possibility of them opening up another company in Wales and ripping everyone off too again. This is a family run business and they should all be penalised they are linked to several companies in the past and are totally unaffected with what they are doing because they know that they can get away with it easily. I hope someone stops them

I totally agree with you as they had so many other businesses that failed before. Both the employees and customers faced the ramifications of their fraudulent actions. They have done it in the past, is doing it now and they will do it in the future if they are not stopped. I just don't see how is this justifiable as they are shielding themselves behind the law itself. The law suppose to be something that protoects the public not something to be used as an instrument of fraud. What it take, as it is very easy to start a company and run it will all the business mal-practices to deceive the public and employess and after you have fraudulently enrich yourself to liquidate or administer the company. Where in this is the protection accorded to the most vulnerable i.e. the public? Where is the Companies Commision, Department of Trade and Industry and all other regulators? have they gone dormant while allowing a rogue like this to do it again and again?

Very true, wonder what's been regulated when it's clearly Nott!! Dunno where to start though?

If any one has paid this company money, then please please please go to you bank or credit card provider and "dispute" the payment the bank will do something called a charge back so you will get you £250, £75 or £275 back or whatever you have paid. so sorry for all you guys!

I have also commented on the other feed on here about DWS claims. But agreeing with former employee's, go and dispute the £250, £275 or £75 and you should get it paid back by your provider. Like every one else though, we needed jobs and money to live and now we feel bad enough that it has come to this. 90% of people working there didn't know how dodgy things really were!

Melfyn had registered his co. Tucan claims in name of his daughter Keith Ryan if I am not wrong.

TUCAN ppl will get their money back I think as per my info as they have been directed by the court to do so.

 4) Same co as Tucan claims, just changed name and new registration bcoz of negative reviews on            internet

 5) They have lost 4 court cases against them in the month of April which included Yes Loans and Tucan claims and co. in Wales

 6) They always lied about things to their employees

 7) All employees are not completely aware about happenings in co bcoz of the pressure put on them and lies told.

 8) All employees were asked to leave the co. suddenly this week without prior notice and without even giving proper reason.

 9) The employees have not been paid a month's salary also. They were just doing their jobs unaware of all this. Feel so sorry for the employees.

Oops...1 more thing is they operated from Bristol and not Chepstow. Bristol Address : BS32 4TU

Yvonne beeby (Caseys mother) is a disgusted bloated slob who needed a huge reinforced chair and stuffed her face with pizza and kfc all day, she stank of fish.
And dont forget Casey Collins boyfriend Zak cluer, randomly eating things like staples off the floor, licking his phone in the office and scratching himself then sniffing his hand, gross.

I noticed that too. Plus who do we chase when we dont get our money. Theres no one to call/write to...

To be honest everyone who worked there was just as bad as Mel! You were all happy to 'scam' people and get paid to do it? At the end of the day the business did what it said it was going to do which was claim people back their PPI and compensation! Everyone is annoyed that they have lost their job but let's be honest, we all knew that it was only a matter of time before this happened! Don't go bringing innocent people like Yvonne and her family into it! The fact that the business went under was nothing to do with them and they didn't even know that it was happening!

Just be aware that you lot were also the ones scamming because you were happy to be the ones who actually took the money from the clients and got them to sign up. So before you go bad mouthing others think before you speak..

It's was just a job for most of us..a way to earn money. The way they treat there employees is disgusting just like they treat there customers. They are cowards. Some people's original contact said a annual pay which after the probation period they said was a mistake even with proof of the original job advert. They even kept customers payout offers from there claims which was for thousands of pounds which the clients still haven't received. They are so unprofessional and to be honest the most bitchiest adults I have ever met. So many people have been left out of pocket because of them both employees and customerss. I bet they have got some of the payout money in a bank over seas or something which would not suprise me
