- ex employee replies to DWS ex employeeyes fair point that comment may have been under the belt, but you can in no way compair us to Mel!!many of us where 1) trying to earn a legit wage to live, 2) doing what we where told to do to keep our job, 3) many of us beleived that we where providing was a genuine service to clients because of all the consant lies we where told!, so yeah sales guys sold and the rest did the work they had to, getting in contact with lenders writing off to see if compo was due. IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT the client never got the pay out!!. AND IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT they didnt get refunded!!! we where just providing and selling the service we were supposed to offer so dont you dare compair us to that prick......
- Ex Employee| 1 replyI totally agree with the joint afford called for ex employees to be together in this and not making personal unwarranted comments on the management team and their family. This is an avenue for the customers and employees alike to express their grievances and unhappiness on the grounds of malpractices and fraud that took place in the company (at least for now as this not what this site is intended for). Our earnings have been effected and our livelihood robbed. It is shocking that some people are using it to post comments against each other in this so called "cyber war" which is malicious and diminishing. An opinion is like an a**, everyone got one but that doesn't mean that you can express it with naming that person and passing off comments which tarnishes the reputation of others. Talking about personal traits rather than what they have done (abuse of power and professional misconduct) to the clients and employees by unjustly enriching themselves would have been a better discussion than you propagating on how someone's physical, attitude and negative attributes (smell, look, body size, tattoo and etc.) which got no effect at all to what many of us are suffering. How is this a contributing factor? No one wants to know nor care about this things. What people do care about is some form of justice and not defaming any individual per se. This is an outcry of people being affected by the family run business. The directors, mangers or their family members betterment of persona will not make things come back to any good nor all of us remedied for what happened. All we need is a quorum to make our voices heard at this point of time and not personal attacks. Enough said, the rest is the ability to understand this message and let the the natural justice of unity be the downfall of the fraudsters and people who took away our jobs, wages and livelihood (some of us have kids, mortgages to pay and other financial commitments). Please also remember that sometimes inaction is better than action i.e, in this case for you to refrain from making personal comments.

- youdisgustme replies to Ex Employeeright guys lets get a few things clear you ALL knew what sort of firm you worked for - no question about it. you were ALL offered a commission, so sold as much as you could, yes down to pressure perhaps but you still lied and exaggerated claim values etc. claims management isn't a bad service when sold to the correct people but you money hungry idiots bent the truth till it snapped in order to make yourselves money...now you blame it on mel and tracy etc? all they did was employ you, yes they may have turned a blind eye to dodgy sales tactics but YOU were the ones saying/doing it, your all just bitching now because you've been laid off.
I am absolutely DISGUSTED at what I've just read about Yvonne and her family, especially Casey! what on EARTH did she do wrong I know her personally and she happens to be a lovely person! she had NOTHING to do with the running of the firm, yes she worked there but she didn't even sell a thing!
People you all need to calm down and chill - diana kenworhty replies to Jill RobinsonNo they are a government run, they did the same too me and I checked up on them, they have done great work so far, I am in the last stage now of getting a good payment. - anon replies to chickenleaderHi all i have a confession i worked for this company for only a short period of time. Found out what they did and i left. They are indeed a con artist company they have stoped trading now and all staff redundant. They prayed on tye elderly as well as vunrable. I am not proud of working for them as i left a very rep company under the promis of basically a very good job. The company is family owned the director for dws is mr james ryan. He is also the director for tucan claims and bioans ltd. The copmany is also part of the same people as yes loans baised in cwmbran. My advise is this if you are ever called by a claims managment company check them out if you find any links to the companies or name above stay clear also if the company has any links to cwmbran, chepstow, bristol, bridgend, porthcawl or swansea stay away.

- Mitch replies to DWS Claims| 8 repliesIt's worth a call, "they" are taking over DWS existing customers, probably the liquidators, gave no details except my DWS ref number; they said they would be in touch in the next 2 weeks with details of any PPI claims if any ,that are in the "pipeline" and sort out the £250 refund from DWS.
I await news. - HOODWINKED replies to Mitch| 7 repliesIF? They should have all info, if indeed liquidators? unless DWS, shredded?

- Cynic replies to HOODWINKED| 4 repliesPhoned the DWS Claims number today and was answered by the 'DWS Claims Helpline'. Tried to establish the status of the helpline: who are you, who has instructed you to act as a helpline, are you connected with DWS Claims or are you independent. etc.? No clear answer given. It was made to sound as if the helpline were angels of mercy who had just stepped in charitably to try to help us all! Wanted repeats of claim details, including numbers of credit cards etc. Offered to continue pursuing existing PPI claims for 10% of compensation received, and would try to recover initial £250 repayment. I did not agree to this, but agreed to be contacted by a counsellor in due course. Later I phoned the (different) number given on the revamped DWS Claims website and found that this was also answered by the Helpline. Questioned again about who had set them up I was told that it was a firm called MyClaims, and the rep I was talking to admitted that it is DWS Claims under another name. So the phoenix has arisen from the administration ashes of the original company. Deal with them at your peril. Have relayed all this to my credit card companies who immediately blocked and cancelled my existing cards and will issue me with new ones. It appeared that the CC companies had no record of having been contacted by DWS Claims.
- Cynic replies to Cynic| 3 repliesSorry, there is a mistake in my last post. The name of the company operating as the Helpline should have been MyPPI, and not MyClaims. Sorry for the slip.
