"They" are myppi-claim.co.uk, trying to find out who the directors
are and see if the are any connections with DWS, have had one call to say someone will call me still waiting!!
There is also an enquiry email address equiries@myppi.co.uk.
Credit card company at present are not very helpful probably because the money has gone overseas, mine is asking for more and more documents to back up my claim and I'm sure their legal department with find a "cop out clause".

My credit card have accepted the scam and are on the case of the overseas banking they have had several complaints. Still very suspicious of My PPI as contact has come via DWS claims, think they could be connected. Normally in these circumstances the introduction is via the Liquidator, will try and contact him tomorrow.

Be cautious if approached by My PPI Claim Ltd, who are acting on behalf of DWS Claims clients, you may receive a letter from DWS introducing My PPI Claim Ltd as a company who have taken over DWS books; My PPI Claim Ltd are connected to Grass Root's Financial Limited, who are already being investigated for scams, one of the Directors of Grass Root's Financial Ltd is the only Director of My PPI Claim Ltd, and so the saga goes on. Also My PPI Claim Ltd is a dormant company! The approach is a telephone call ( as before) then you will receive documents through the post ready to sign, a major concern is that my financial documents are being passed around the shady side of the financial industry.

Up to you if you beleive this or not... DWS has gone into administation (administator being Sharma & Co).
My PPI Claim Limited basically bought DWS and took their cases. If you want a refund for the £250 you payed DWS give the number a ring, but remember MyPPI dont do the refund, they just pass the details onto the administrators. No guarentee on the refund though since they need to pay all the tax ect first.

Think someone said before money was taken out from a French bank... That is true. DWS used a French bank account... (no wonder they went bust).

Noticed the address for Grass Roots Financial and My PPI Claim Limited are the same? It's the same people. They charge the same amount. Use the same office. Same directors... all of it.

Some people are wondering who the directors are... not sure for My PPI Claims but Grass Roots has Carl Wright as one of them... some of you might recognise that name from Cartel
