Firstly check with your bank and tell them you  want to raise a dispute regarding this charge, as you have been scammed. Next there are various contact details for this lot on the preceding pages.  Send them a Recorded Delivery letter telling them they have 14 days to return your money and, if it  is less than seven days since you received the box, you can quote the Distance Selling Regulations.  Tell them you will return their rubbish box if they send you a prepaid label. You should also tell them you will be reporting them to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.  If you want to stop nuisance calls, inclujding calls from scammers like these, then Amazon and Argos sell the CPR (not CPS) for about £40 and BT sell the BT6500 foraboutthe same.

Do not be fooled by them! THIS IS A SCAM. They are basically asking you for £80 for them breaking regulations. They even tried to tell my parents that they are allowed to call people who are on the TPS. They are not!!! Their web address is www.realcommbox.com. check them out on scam advisor, who advise the website is likely to close prematurely as associated with fraud activities! NOTE EVEN IN THE realcommbox page the email address they provide is fake with no @ symbol in the address!

Fell for this scam and received a black box that doesn't stop unwanted calls as they said. I contacted the TPS who said they are aware of this scam and was put in touch with the fraud agency to who I've reported the scam.

Phone the TPS on 0207-2913320 if you are registered with them to not receive cold calls and report that you have had a cold call from a company called CPS and report them. The TPS should then follow this up for us all with CPS. This is what I have done, I reported the phone number that I was given by the cold caller 0845-1297936 and the web site www.realcommbox.com.

This company has scammed my grandmother out of £160, they originally called her in October 2013, they charged her £79.99 for a useless box, they were called "procallbloc" then. Now this month she was called again by them, telling her she needed an upgrade which would cost another £79.99, this time they were called "real Comm box" . The man on the phone already had her bank details and asked her to authorise the payment, which she did.

I have only just found out about this and am furious! She is a vulnerable person, how can these people do it to? Absolute scum. Cancer is too good for them.

Will be changing her bank details and reporting them to the appropriate authorities.

If I were you, I would report this to the Police. To me, this is theft by deception. And to target elderly people is quite frankly revolting. I hope that the same happens to them when they are older. Parasites.

My wifes 86 year old father was called today was by CPS, who told him he had already been subscribing to their service for 2 years and wanted to give him a better deal, however, he needed to provide his bank card details once again, which he did. They have not been subscribing to this company at all.
When he told my 84 year old mother in law, immediately after the call, she got in touch with their bank to made them aware, ensured that no money had been taken and have now had their bank cards cancelled. however, this means that 2 housebound elderly people cannot even order groceries until the new cards arrive.
My son who is a fraud analyst has now advised that they need a fraud flag has been raised on their account.
Now, my father in law has only recently been released from hospital and cannot walk more than a few feet without oxygen, my mother in law has parkinsons and something of this nature is likely to put both back in hospital or even worse kill them.
So Michael, and other people who seem to find this company very upright, just look at the harm this lying theiving company and their disgusting employees is happy to leave in their quest for money.
