Yes, all that Ms Z says goes on 2day. Same script, same pitch, same as ... Young girls are being persuaded into this work without knowing what it is all about and in turn, they persuade clients to buy their products.
The pay masters persuade and effectively control the workers. Sweeteners every week to the workers - cash, alcohol, beauty products or more expensive gifts if sales targets are met or achieved. I know because I was the same as Ms Z - I left because I could not stand what was going on. Oh and if the Director is away/off/ill, there are no wages paid - that is how shambolic the company is ..... I thought legit companies had payroll sections. Oh and if u r really desperate, the company will allow u to be paid into another employees bank account. That doesn't sound right at all to me. But it happened whilst I was there. Also, the landline phones were cut off and the tele-callers rang out on mobiles to prospective clients. Solid company ??

Honeysuckle Thankyou for your comments, hopefully the clients are becoming aware of rogue traders in the Will Writing industry and are being much more cautious, shame the young people desperate for work are still unaware, it needs to be spread on social media sites.

If the company are using mobiles it sounds a desperate situation. Moreover if they are still trading as Express Law the authorities need to be made aware of this.

Apologies I posted this on another thread as well but this one looks more recent

There is far too much of this thread to read through but suffice to say I just found out my 90 year old father paid Express Law Doncaster (Mr Poucher) to set up a trust in 2011.  Not sure who with as me and my sister know nothing of this, and as far as I can trace he's paid the money and got nothing for it.
Tried ringing the phone lnes are dead, the websites are gone, do we have to write it off to experience or these dregs still around somewhere or what else can I do?

The only Synergy Legal I can find are members if the IPW. Has this firm cleaned up it's game?

Relinquishing all responsibilities to the consumer of all the above Companies by dissolving/voluntary winding up the companies within about two years of starting them.
It's highly unlikely that they have turned for the better by simply changing the name again from Express Law to Synergy Legal of Doncaster.

When they were Express Law, they were registered with the Society of Will Writers for a short period until their membership was revoked, being a member of a well known organisation does not change the people running them or safeguard the consumer.

I'm a solicitor and I've had direct experience of Express Law. They were completely and utterly corrupt. They charged my client £2000 for a 'bespoke trust' which was completely useless to her, and which was riddled with errors. They sent her all of the property transfer forms with no instructions, and when I challenged them I got nothing but smug one line letters in return. I have however have a lot of respect for the IPW and so I hope Synergy's membership is revoked sooner rather than later.

Their website appears unfinished yet in the public domain. Would you trust a company who shows no address on their website, only "M&M Business Centre" Shows no telephone number and their "Your Questions" page is in a completely different language and not relevant to their business at all.

Hi. I have recently got a job working for alana bension and andrew young. The company is based in lincoln. It is selling wills, and property trust. They really seem nice and convincing. Is this a scam co.

I should say they are, if you want any of these services go to a reputable solicitor, I fought Express Law on behalf of my Brother in 2011 after advice from KW, took awhile but we won our case & received his money back. Andrew Young was connected to this company, they close the companies down & create new ones. Beware.

I have just been fired from this company but i am looking into showing them for who they really are they are now trading under a company called direct law same people same place but i will name and shame these as how they work is a joke and how they treat the staff more of a joke

i want to make other people in the doncaster and lincoln area to not work for these companies they are all ran by the same people they just change the name but still scamming people the name in lincoln is charter legal and doncaster direct law the more of us that make a stand to these people they should not be able to trade

So, we should believe you?  These people have been running the same disgusting scam under different names for years.  Several of them have been imprisoned, some disbarred.  They have been the subject of National Press investigations and been exposed on TV. But we should believe you?  I am not sure who are the most disgusting parasites, those crooks who con the elderly out of their life savings or things like you who try to pretend they are honest businessmen to try and fool even more of the elderly.

Charter Legal is a trading name for a company registered at Companies House as Charterhouse Legal Limited and is SCAMMING elderly people in the Grimsby/Lincoln area. They purport to be legal experts selling services such as arranging power of attorney and Trusts that help to avoid care home fees by putting your assets in the Trust - all for a nice big fee!

As you can see by other posts it is a con & I'm surprised scum like this are allowed by the law to continue trading. Doubtless they will have already incorporated & registered other company names as limited companies with Companies House so beware.

Don't try ringing their website telephone number as  you will not get through unless they have already stitched you up as they obviously have 'caller recognition' on their phone system. They are clearly a sales operation now working in this area to scam anybody. The two telephone no.s are 0330 6600 131 & 01522 719182. DO NOT RING!!!!!!

One of their reps on the ground is called Mark Fisher - purportedly.

Sounds like other gullible staff members give them a 'great endorsement' as well.

The company registration no. is 08821893 and it was incorporated on the 19/12/2013.

Its sole director is ALANA BENSON whose address is co-incidentally the same as the company's registered address namely 145-147 St. John Street,London,EC1V 4PW.

Also MELISSA BARNES OF 45 Willoughby Chase,Gainsborough,Lincs, DN21 1GR was company secretary (appointed 21/01/2014, resigned 11/07/2014)

BE PREPARED TO BE RIPPED OFF.
