I can't work how Absolute Recovery gets paid. The final report  for SYNERGY MARKETING SOLUTIONS LIMITED (Company number 08042444) makes it clear that he was paid £2,500 on 31/Jan/2015 as  a "Pre-appointment Fee" but he claims to have racked up fees of a further £2,895 "during the course of the liquidation" i.e. to the date of the final report on 1/April/2016. these he cannot expect because there were insufficient funds.

Hi the oak house in lincoln is a block of offices to rent out , and only yesterday did i track the management down for Oak house. They act as a call centre for Charter Legal and whatever other company they use to scam people. My mother inlaw also has been scammed.

They have moved apparently end of last month. Spoke to management from there main office. We also have been duped.:(

is there a fb page i have been scamed too . need to know what to to next

Oak House, Lincoln is owned by Lincolnshire County Council. Individual offices are leased to different companies.  In this case they picked a bad tenant.  If you get in touch with LCC they will be able to put you in touch with the Trading Standards department that are preparing a case against these scum.

Has everyone heard the gladsome news? The ICO have finally issued a £30k fine to an obnoxious "wealth management" outfit called Assist Law Ltd. In this case it was because of their persistent breach of the PCER regulations whilst trawling for vunerable/elderly/wealthy victims rather than their despicable business practices.
It remains to be seen whether the fine will ever be paid. They may well be able to go into voluntary liquidation before the law changes and makes directors personally liable for their company's debts. It will be interesting to see if Absolute Recovery do the liquidation.

The bad news if Alana Benson owes you money is............. there isn't any.

Thank you Grey sage we will, been in touch with the police and they are not interested. say its a civil case. To me its fraud and to all the other poor people that's being lead to believe they are  saving there house or whatever the case maybe.

Hi again, I have been given the phone no for this absolute company and had a lady get in touch with me about them, saying they are dealing with her issue. I have told her to be carful as they are in the same place as Alana Benson. The trouble is the conniving [***] could be on here as a alias and we would never no. number for ABSOLUTE RECOVERY IS 01302 572701 and ask for Luke Blay  apparently he sounded quite genuine

so is this saying she is part of Absolute recovery?

No, I don't think Alana Benson is "part of" Absolute Recovery Ltd. She is a client of theirs. They specialise in winding up companies and Benson has used them to wind up 3 companies and walk away. She was also made personally bankrupt in 2009. She will have started up another company so that she can keep on scamming without interruption.
