Were called by these people this afternoon, didn't pick though. It isn't the first time these people called me. I'm registered with TPS for a few years now and still I get marketing calls, can't someone do something, they are very rude people. This should be a good one for BBC watchdog, let Anne Robinson talk to them.

Just this morning I had a call from 0845 8638313.

Caller: "Am I speaking to the homeowner?"
Me: "Yes, why are you asking?"
Caller: "We are doing some Market Research and just would like to ask you some simple questions."
Me: "OK, but will this call lead to you trying to sell me something or is it genuine Market Research?"
    Caller: "It's just Market Research"
    Me: "OK, go ahead"
Caller: "If you were given £2000 to spend on Home Improvements, would you put it towards any of the following: New Windows, New Doors, An Extension, A Conservatory..." (she reeled off a list of things and I can't remember exactly what but you get the idea).
Me: "I'd probably put it towards having the windows re-painted" (By then I was suspicious and re-painting was not an option she had offered).
Caller: "Ok, I'll put you down as Windows Improvements"
Me: "Yes, but I would not have them replaced, just re-painted"
Caller. "Ok, may I take your surname please?"
I gave her my surname, deliberately mis-spelling it by one letter so that if I ever get any further calls trying to sell me new windows they will be traceable to today's call. (It's a trick I can recommend, as long as you make a note of who you gave the mis-spelled name to and change the mis-spelling each time).
Caller thanked me for my time and ended the call.

It will be interesting to see what happens next.

This number keeps calling my 9yr olds mobile phone.  It is a new phone and very few people have the number.  She does not answer the phone as she does not know the number.

This lot telephoned me about 2 pm I could hear background chat and possibly the word a***hole. A young male voice, asked my name, then rang off when I answered. Left me worrying about identity theft and slamming. BT were fairly useless and could not identify the caller. It seems these numbers are handed out to any to any thief, liar or scammer  who wants one.

Received 2 calls today from this number, both to my mobile which is non-listed and registed with TPS so no idea how they got it - I never permit or accept marketing or sales calls.
First call they just said hello and then hung up
Second call they knew my name, and said we had had a previous conversation about conservatories.  Since I have never expressed any interest in having a conservatory, and certainly never contacted a company to discuss buying one, I pointed out that this was clearly a lie, at which point they hung up again.
Some one should stop these people.  Is there no control over 0845 numbers?

I received phone call this morning that I got £500 to use from the company as existing customer. She said do you have conservatory, you can fix alarm system with this money. I told her that I had double glazing done from your company and I am not very happy with it. After it's done the next day lock was  broken. Every time they call for promotional offer I tell them same thing again and again. they says that we will fix it no problem and problem never been solved.Still problem is there. After spending lot of money, may be triple price then the other company, still no good at all. I am not happy with their work.
Sorry I sleeped from the main point. She book me for 7pm. When someone called and said to me that it's weatherseal, you booked an appointment for 7pm and I told him that my husband will not be available, he said ok and hung up. So I thought I will book one convinient time for both of us. But whole day they keep ringing again and again, bothering my husband. He got fed up. They would not listen, he told her that my wife is not in I will pass the messege. At last call the lady said they will carge me £100. What kind of service is that? When they want to sale their things they keep ringing and bothoring you that's fine and if we cancel just an app. they want to charge us? Do you think that this is fare? Should I be charged?

Best advice to get your name and number removed from their list is to request a quote for a conservatory/or complete set of new windows and doors. Arrange an appointment for a rep to call late one evening. When they turn up, tell them you only called to waste their time, like how they waste your time by every time they call you. Tell them if they don't take your number off their system you will repeat the same behaviour until it is removed.

Weather Seal will totally disregard your request to be removed from their call list unless you do something about it.
