This is Weatherseal home improvements, they called us again and again, and Dad told them to take our number off of their list, and they STILL f***ing call us, i am seriously consdering legal action against these idiots.

Same thing happened to me called saying she was from Weathersill and I have won 1500.00 towards home improvements... I said fantastic I rent a property. She siged then hung up.

For everyone who has been called by 08458638310 it is a company called WEATHERSEAL their HEAD OFFICE number is 0800041041 give them a call they will take your number of their lists but your best bet is to register with the telephone preference service then if after 28 days they call you they get hit with a nice big fine.

Be aware, this grp of companies (apparently - Weatherseal, Supreme o Glaze, Space Kitchens?) appears to operate on a phone range 0845863 8310 - 8316. Ignore the calls altogether would be my advice or say nothing at all. I blocked this No, having received 3 calls - and was then promptly return called on -15

Hung up as soon as I answered.

This number called and put the phone down when anwered. Not the first call from them.

08458638313 called (Meyer Group, not sure of spelling) saying that I had won £1500 of home improvements (windows, doors etc.), I've said over and over that I'm not interested and asked them to remove my number from their list but they hang up .... and then call back!
The last man to call said his name was Tom - again, asked him to remove my number and he hung up.

Calling in the Southampton area.  Have had dealings with Weatherseal recently (negative) so must be them.

Called at 16:11 and I answered after about 10 rings and as soon as I did they hung up but I could hear talking in the background before they did and when I called back it just kept ringing.

Had a call from this number - think he said he was Myhouse group in Maidstone. Would not say any more as I was not who he wanted to speak to.

Just called and hung up.

I am really glad I found this site because this is the second or third time I received a call from 08458 638 315 when I rang this number back no one and no one picked up. I called 118 118 who were absolutely useless and did not help.
I have also had those calls about winning a kitchen. My number is ex-directory but some way somehow they managed to get my number.

Some of your experiences are quite troubling. Perhaps this needs media attention? It will only be a matter of time when someone reports this on Sky or BBC News.

On another note, BT are also sending me bills with my address and someone else's name. Anyone else had this experience?

We receive regular calls (every couple of weeks or so) from this number or a very similar one. Sometimes they appear to be a company called Weatherseal. Sometimes they refuse to tell me who they are and then hang up. On other occasions we receive recorded messages which, although the caller ID is blocked, follow suspiciously soon after yet another call from this number.
I've registered with Telephone Preference Service but this does not seem to have helped. No matter how many times I politely tell them no, they still call back.
A bit of googling suggests that not only are the sales team hugely irritating, and apparently breaking the law, but the company appears to be a cowboy outfit. He suggests the calls work on a 6 week rotation, hence why we keep getting called back.

Had a call from 0845 8638313 today - same company as 0845 8638316.

If you call their head office on 01606 866 500 ( Myhouse Group) they will send an email to their 'partner companies' and get you removed from the call list. I spoke to Weatherseal Customer Services. I spoke to Jason.
Prompted by the fact that the trainer on the call this morning told his trainee ' not to worry she was just an idiot'.
