Periodically get calls from this number.  Every day for several days then not again for months.  My phone allows selective rings for caller ID numbers so I've added them to my phone book list and assigned 'Ring Off'.   Now I don't even hear their ring.  It's the only way I've worked out how to ignore them.

Here's the thing - if you block 0862102355 on your phone, they will attempt to get around this by calling from +61862102355, so if you're going to block the number, make sure you get all of it, as they seem to try and find new and inventive ways to get through.

These people are driving me CRAZY. I am getting up to 15 phone calls a day. They are out of control.

Either they hang up or I get someone with a strong accent. I keep telling thme to take me off the LIST! Please.

I've had them too, same thing, either hangs up before I answer, or just after, starting late June, so I contacted Telstra, who replied oh so apologetically, and suggested I opt out of their marketing. However, I am already on the Do Not Call Register, and not been a Telstra customer for 2 years, so shouldn't have to opt OUT. Once I mentioned this, I was told an internal investigation will happen. The calls soon stopped, but have started up again as of yesterday. Just completed my ACMA online complaint about an hour ago :-)

Then check the DO NOT CALL REGISTER before making ILLEGAL marketing calls. Your mob ring me and hang up constantly, and I AM ON THE DNCR. I am not a Telstra customer ANYMORE and do not wish to be.

Make sure you know THE LAW before telling people to know the facts. I hope Telstra get flogged another $110,000 (or more) for this, like they did in 2009.

This dam number keeps appearing on my mobile and rings out after 2 rings nearly everyday, give us the courtesy of answering or go chase a cow.

Keeps calling then hangs up

Getting constant daily calls/hangups from 08 62102355 to my mobile 0416272449
I then called to complain and was on hold for so long that I hung up.
It is beyong a joke... they need to stop this NOW.
PS: nobody has ever said anything the hangup is nearly instant

The number is for TGA - on behalf of Telstra Business.
I did some research and Telstra employ TGA to call their business customers only to review and discuss their accounts (so they only call current Telstra Business customers), obviously to recontract their plans or find them a better solution. I thought at first it was a gimmick, but I can honestly say that because I didnt have the time to check my plans, they were able to save me a substantial amount on my mobile accounts and business phone/broadband accounts ....
I'd say give them a shot, they have permission to call us!

This number; 0862102355 has phoned my business mobile phone the past 2 days.  Yesterday at 11.00am and today at 11.30am.  These are times when a person is obviously busy in the office!  No message is left.  I tried to call the number back and there is no message service; there is nothing aside from an engaged signal.  
These calls happened to me approximately 2 years ago and I complained.  I too have been on the DO NOT CALL REGISTER for a number of years and re-registered again, just to be sure that I am curent which I am, about a week ago.  I give my number out to no-one so how do they obtain our numbers and call us?  It's very annoying!

this number calls many times a day, when attempting to call it back, it will not connect.
Bloody annoying- this is my mobile and it is used only for emergency so there fore when it rings I get a fright thinking something is up.

just had a call from this number on my mobile, I answered it and it hung up.
