Who calls me on this number. I haven't used this phone number for over a year

This number calls my business phone everyday and hangs up.

Most mobile phones have a block or add to rject/list option. Try it, it works on mine.

this is most annoying how can telstra deal with this nuisane as they are the only company who can afford it, stll their subscribers are footing the bills

I just had a call from this number. They introduced themselves as calling about my Telstra mobile account and that I've been being over charged recently. He was going into his spiel when I asked him that he worked for Telstra. He then told me yes TGA and that the call was being recorded to meet Telstra quality and coaching standards. I asked him again to confirm that he worked directly for Telstra. He then told me the truth and said TGA was Telstras main dealer and that Telstra provide TGA with my details to ensure that my account was being managed correctly.

I love the whole spin on words, these guys are obviously taught very well

I deal with a Telstra store so I told him I wasn't interested. I then checked the number and came across all of this.

I've just been getting calls from them to my mobile. It says hang up message and doesn't leave a message, I've just joined Do Not Call register and hopefully they stop ringing me soon, I'm not ringing them back.

I have had frequent calls from this number plus other numbers. every 4 hours. every day
How I managed to stop it was:-

1. Put number on do not call register. if that didn't work i did it again.
2. called 1800 039 059 and opted out of telstra telemarketing (even though i already was)
3. it still didn't stop so i rang 13 22 00 and made a complaint. (make sure you get a case number.)

After all that i was then told by case manager that I'll still get calls from telstra from time to time
and there's nothing you can do about it. there is. if i get one more call from telstra or any of their
dealers it's straight over their heads to the telecommunications ombudsman.

I've had enough. if that doesn't work then maybe everyone should get together and think about a class action against telstra. If i want something from telstra I'll do the phone calling and ask for it.

I have regularly been called by 08-6210-2355. When I answer the phone, it always clicks off. It is very annoying. I rang back the number today, and, after being on hold for some time, it directed me to a computerised voice which asked me for private details. No way would I give these people my private details after their invasion into my privacy.

when you ring back it say its TTA(?) telco group....... they are ringing about Telstra products and services.... so yeah..... PAIN..... IN.... THE ASS.

This number just called and could tell me everything and access my account when I wanted to confirm whether they were Telstra all she kept saying was I am calling from TTA Telstra.  Would be really pissed if my details with Telstra are being passed around.  Not happy Jan.

Yes, I have just been called by this number (3 Nov 2011, 10.30am EST).  Thank you for having this site available so that I can see the call is not specifically for me, just a pest or even more cynical that they are up to no good.

I refuse to answer the call or ring it back. I never answer "Blocked" numbers either. Might try to create a ringtone for this number that just says "Bugger off not interested" at least that way my annoyance can be turned into some fun.

Telstra never do their outsourcing.... if you walk in to a Telstra store... that's a dealer.... loossseerrr
