tga is a tesltra dealer... u silly man... you know when u walked into that store u were walking into YET ANOTHER DEALER... that telstra doesnt give access to all accounts like they do tsa... so your actually setting yourself up for more heartache...

I HAVE THE ANSWER - you call the number back and there is an opt-out of receiving these calls - and yes, it is Telstra - it is one of their marketing arms.  If they continue to call after a number of days (30)following your opting out - then call 1300 792 958 and lodge a complaint with the Government Dept that legislates on telecommunication issues (the guy I spoke with was really helpful and called the 08 number for me and advised that there was an opt -out action available.

Have had dozens of calls from this number and just hangs up , very poor type of telemarketing and  becoming a joke someone has to stop these tools

This number calls my work number everyday just after 2pm everyday. But everytime I pick up - it hangs up after 2 seconds!!!!!

0862102355 - is a telemarketing firm, selling phone services and trading off the Telstra brand.   They are NOT Telstra but answer the phone as Telstra Business Dealers (or similar).   The telephone number is a VOIP number which means the calls are coming over the internet out of Asia but are appearing with a Perth telephone number.  VOIP (Voice Over IP) telephone numbers typically start with 08 6XXX XXXX.  My suggestion is to report the number and the business on the Do Not Call Register or to ACMA.

This number rings my office and then hangs up as we answer. This is ahppening 2-3 times a day!!!!

received a call from this number claiming to be from telsta and that my bill this month was about $150 and that they could get me on a better plan than the one I am on! Asked to confirm my DOB and home address and said they would ring me back about a better plan.  received my telstra bill today less than $50. Rang Telstra and they confirmed they had not rang me. BEWARE don't give out any personal information to this company they have lied to me about my bill... ill have some fun when they call me back!

I have been receiving calls from the above number for about two weeks now;  about fifteen in all.  There's never a message left.  I've just been ignoring it as I figure if someone wanted me they would end up leaving a message, and they never do.   Boring!  Boring!  Boring!   And gggrrrhhhhh! too.

This number rings twice a day. Never any answer or message left. If this is a Telstra Number it is anoying, time wasting and harrassing. Shame on Telstra.

Nuisence call TTA Telstra products  0862102355 .   Spoke to Telstra and this is a registered agent for them. You cant block numbers to a mobile but if you register the complaint with Telstra they will be able to email them to remove you from the data base - 48 hrs  grace. If they keep doing that , that is illegal

This annoying number keeps calling my business and hanging up as soon as I answer. Calls everyday a few times. Such an inconvienience for a small buisiness owner to be constantly spamed by this number.

Bob, I am happy to listen to any offer. My complaint is that when this numberr calls, they dont even say anything, they instantly hang up as soon as I say my name. This happens 3 to 4 times a day. This is so frustrating and such a waste of time for my small business. I'm glad you had a pleasant experience. as you can see by all the complaints, it hasn't been like that for many people..

CONTACT TELSTRA AND COMPLAIN.

I have just had an online chat and then phone call with Telstra and it revealed some interesting things.

The telemarketer is affiliated with Telstra.

The person I spoke to believes their is no rationale for them hanging up or keeping you on the line. The telemarketer wants to get paid for up selling to you. This just doesn't add up as the number of hang ups after one ring I have had is ridiculous. I also caught the person immediately today and they hung up in my ear.  

But he admitted that I was charged for calling back the number and gave me a credit for the call.

At any rate this is very dodgy practice. Annoying at the least, a nasty way to get people to get charged for calling a number using their mobiles at the worst. Does Telstra just not get it? You cant break peoples trust like this and expect them to respect you as a company!
