This number is a nuisance caller. I think they should be stopped.

Scammers often "hide behind" phone numbers or use private numbers to conceal themselves. Charities operating this way via the phone are highly suspicious as genuine charities do not keep calling. Give wrong info. and put the phone down.

Received the calls for a few weeks, did a bit of research and asked them to call back. It is legitimate fundraising, I got $50 of tickets for the raffle. Don't know about anyone else but my kids and now my grandkids always enjoy the PCYC activities and the Blue Light Centres.  Some people just need to chill out, if you want to give, give, but don't let other kids miss out with all the rubbish talk of scams. Simple donate or not, someone has to make the calls.

I kept getting calls as well, called 0893616022 and asked to have my name removed from their list, the lady I spoke to was lovely and removed my name straight away.

I too have been getting calls from this number. Problem is they always ring either early in the morning while im at work or they ring late at night (around 9) when imalready in bed!

Called my mobile a few times in the last few days and when I answered it  today (Oct 07 2013) the guy said to say he is from the Police and Commnity centre and asked if I could purchase some $2 raffle tickets but I said no thank you and hung up,

People claiming to be the police & selling tickets to a raffle. As if....

Missed call from 0864444816, called it back and the voice message said it was a fundraising call from WA PCYC and a 1800 number.

I have been getting call from this number everyday including the weekends

Wa missed call and no message.

Missed call at 3:56pm today, no message left.

Message left on answering machine today from this number.
"Hello." (Voice of a male with a slight Asian accent)
Pause of about 2 seconds with indeterminable 'officey' background noise.
"Hello."
And repeated 8 more times.
Most odd.

Missed a call from this number. Received no voice mail.

We have received two calls from this number today without messages left. Thanks to this website we called 9361 6022 and asked to be removed from their lists. They said they were collecting for PCYC..

This is a fundraiser from the WAPCYC - police youth group, it is a legitimate organization asking for donations to a specific dollar value
