I foolishly purchased a loyalty card from lifetime Markeing Solutions in May 2010, all I got after that was telephone calls wanting more money in advance for holidays, that u did not know where or when u were going. I wrote to my credit card company who after investigating, refunded my money. I hope this information is useful to all who have purchased these damn cards

I got the Golden Travel Club voucher from them and decided to book it and see what happened. I was quite surprised! Ok - I was told it was free when I signed up but it still ended up a cheapie holiday for me and husband and the standard of the resort was incredible.

I have booked with them to go to Paris for Christmas shopping on Eurostar - booked it yesterday then found this site, got very nervous and checked my booking with Eurostar. They have the booking and it was quite a lot cheaper than the Eurostar website.

My partner received a call from this number 08701922059, lady called "Sandy" claimed we could have a 3 night break for 6-people for £299 and a free 7-night 5* holiday for two "as a goodwill gesture"! She also said she would give us the infamous travel card (apparently worth £500) she said she was from a co called L&S Teletext. Luckily we were both suspicious (if it sounds too good to be true it usually is) i googled her phone number and came across this site...thankfully We told her we would ring her back later today, i dont think that will be happening now!!! The worrying thing is she knew all our details from a genuine holiday we booked last year; names, dates of birth, flight numbers & times etc...they should not be allowed to use our information in this way...who should this be reported to???

It looks like they have got me to, i did ask about canceling ,they said that i could if i was unhappy with the deal ,no luck there and no luck with Tesco Credit card!!

They said I would get-a -Trade Travel Card for discounts[Air Flight discounts] and a free Holiday at my chosen destination.
The person who called was male with a scotch accsent and passed my details onto a female who told me her name was -LILLY-and gave me a contact number-08451550228.

Is this a scam and have i been duped by fraudsters.

They just called me saying they are now with teletext holidays read out my filght details from a holiday last year right down to the type of card I used my familys data of births and flight numbers!!

I could not find out the number that called, as they withheld their number.

I have just received a call from LMS Travel, offering me a Caribbean cruise and 7 nights in Orlando, thankfully I asked them to call back. Grateful that I found this website.  they told me they were both Atol and Abta bonded, when I checked they are not on their registers. they are supposed to be calling me back at 7.30, after reading this I will be telling them where to go.

Thanks for your information, I just hope a lot of other people manage to check it out before committing to anything.

PS the caller ID came up as International Caller

Hi Bex,I've had 3 phone calls now from a spanish landline,i thought it sounded dodgy so checked online and found this site.The guy told me it was a one off payment of £249,NO MENTION OF AN ANNUAL FEE.He is ringing back tomorrow so I'll get the number.I also got them tyo email it to me,no small print of course.Good luck, with your claim.

This is to update my last reply to Bex.The guy just phoned me from this number in Spain 0034965866005.Iput it to him that he had lied to me about the annual fee and he denied it.He said he worked for luxuryholidayrentals.com and that he was nothing to do with Lifetime marketing solutions-A LIE-as the email he got his colleague to send me stated that it was LMS.I overheard him say to his colleague,"we've lost this one,I don't know why she's gettin funny,she has'nt even bought anything yet".Nicola(his colleage) suddenly was'nt in the office(another lie).They also claimed these cards are released by the government to aid tourism.LIES LIES LIES LIES. I wondered whether they'd managed to pull cookies from my system or given the way Google allows targeted ads these days they are buying search info from them

Got a call from the above number offering a week for four in Turkey, £399 self catering. It was a female who stated it was a self catering holiday but I know hotels don,t do self catering.
Looks like a scam wont be ringing her back

Had a call from someone called Sandy at this number offerinf 5 star holiday for 2 for £399.
They were very pushy and when we asked for ABTA numbers etc. they got very cagey.
They said they were with OLA and LowCost Holidays. We asked for time to think about it and did some research on tne internet. Tey must have rang back about 5 times tonight trying to get us to commit £399. We suspected this was a scam wheen we couldn't get ABTA numbers etc. They eventually backed off.

We also seem to have been caught out, has anyone managed to get their money back?

I've been called a number of times by a company in spain LMS Travel. The first time i asked how they got my number  as im x directory ?  she told me my number had been passed on to them. After a short while i asked how much do you want from me ? [ rather than listen to the script ] £299 was the reply.  I said you must be joking i wouldn't be giving them anything and i would like them to delete my information to which she replied give me £ 200 and she would. I don't know which company passed on my details but i get as least 3 calls a week from different companies from spain . I think i'm on to a loser trying to get them to stop calling me , so i've decided i'm going to have to change my phone number and hope the calls stop and i will only give my mobile number from now on  : (

I was contacted by this company and again thought I couldn't go wrong.  I have received my voucher for the cruise stay as promised however you have to send more money to register dates and there is no mention of how much the flights etc. will cost.  I also foolishly booked a cruise for next year with this company for my family (7 people).  They have taken the deposit of nearly £3,000 and given me confirmed (as I thought) cabin numbers.  On checking with the cruise line we are definately not booked on this cruise.  Our credit card company will not touch the complaint until we have paid the final balance, turn up and find were not on the boat!  The final balance is another £5,000.  This has turned into the holiday booking from hell.  Trust your instincts (which I should have) and dont touch them with a barge pole.  I am now in the position where I cannot book this cruise independently as if they actually come up with something I will not be able to get my money back.  I have asked for a refund from them but they will not look at it as they say I have a confirmed booking with them.  Incidently the cabins booked for me are now sold to somebody else.  Has anybody else had a similar problem and how did they get out of it!

Got a phone call today did we want a 13 day cruise for 2 for £598 choice of 39 cruises with the big lines. Sounded too good to be true so asked a bit more & was given the web name www.TheHoliday- Specialists.com & after asking for ABTA & or ATOL number quoted B54454988 which I knew was too long but entering in on Google bought me to this site.Checking on ABTA there is a company with this name but our call we were told was from Alicante & said the UK office was in Basingstoke.BT say they cant give me a number for an inward call but I guess it was another con one & had declined the invitation.  
Remember always ask & check out an ABTA & or ATOL number & I guess any half decent company would be able to instantly tell you the number without hesitation & not object to you returning calls after obtaining the number independantly.
One thought perhaps the Eurocrats could do something usefull & stop these cons.
