I would just like to make this statement: after paying for a loyalty card and then booking 15 flights and accommodation (outlaying £3k deposit) with the Holiday Specialist for June 2013 I was very alarmed to read all these reports.  I have literally been on the phone and bombarding them with emails on a daily basis.  The Company policy is not to give booking reference numbers out to customers but because this was my first time of using them they relaxed the rules. The reason they don't do this is because the customer (i.e. me) ring the airline up directly and interfere with the booking and they could now lose their commission.  The Manager has kindly accepted my apology for this.   I am very happy to say that my flights are booked and paid for and my hotel reservation is made. I would like to thank Ben, Zoe and the Manager for there patience.  I am not the easiest person to deal with under stressful situations and at least now my mind is at rest.  I would say to those who have invested in the Loyalty Card is to give the Company a chance, not once did they not return my phone calls or emails.  The paperwork I received shows they made considerable savings for me and my friends on the flights alone.

why don't you return the money to the people you have stollen from....

Did you get any money back.? If so , how.? Do you have a phone nmbr for them in the UK.? Ive just been ripped of for £4400. I hope you can help. Many Thanks in advance.
