    The other number I was given for this company is 08701922176.  The caller I spoke to gave her name as Trish, she then passed me over to Andrew Brown, who's extension is 041.

    Oh so is this connected to LMS and Lifetime Marketing Solutions and The holiday specialist.
    So when they get found out of a scam they change their name of the company!!!

    I have had a call today, and i requested they email me the details they are caling me back tomorrow i always google these type of calls as it is always too good to be true.

    they want 699 for a cruise and trade card

    needless to say i will not be taking them up on their offer

    by the way the email has arrived abd i could see how some people could be fooled

    I have just returned from USa to visit my very sick, elderly father. I noticed on his debt card several hundreds of pounds on automatic debit for this company. When i look at the material i do not find a phone number nor email address to contact these people If anybody has such a thing please email me at gdickie@cox.net . G

    I saw a job advertised in February 2011 to work for The Holiday Specialist. I was interviewed in my hometown by the managers of the company who're originally from Ireland. The other staff are all English from different areas of the UK. I was lead to believe I was going to be a Travel Agent but soon found out I was working for a Call Centre 'selling holidays'.

    DO NOT BE FOOLED. The staff have nothing but a telephone and a list of telephone numbers with customers names on. Some of these customers have not booked a holiday in over 30 years, but we were still made to call them. As staff, I had no computer with information or flights, excursions, hotels etc infront of me to look at to provide customers with. Customers are lead to believe they're paying a 'one off fee' of £499 for this 'loyalty travel trade card' which in fact DOES NOTHING.

    To get my sales figures up I asked my manager if i could sell these 'holidays, flights etc' to my friends and family to boost my commission but was told I was not allowed (BECAUSE ITS A SCAM)
    I flew home after a week of working for this company and am pleased. It's dodgy, It was first called LMS TRAVEL, then THE HOLIDAY SPECIALIST and apparently It's now called Travel Trade Card??!

    Do not let them lead you to believe this is legit.. it's far from it.

    Shocking scam artists. How do they get up for work.

    Memebership taken out told friends could book on it. Membership worthless as friends were not even asked for the card no on booking.

    Holidays not even booked when tour operators called direct.

    Call Action fraud they are interested in this lot big time

    i had a call from the holiday specialist saying the they could save me a minimum of 30% from all my future booking's it sounded great, i then asked the usual questions about ABTA and ATOL and cooling off period i was insured that any holidays that are booked through them are fully ABTA and ATOL protected and once i had received the loyalty card i would be very happy with it! i the gave my VISA card details as they said i was fully insured, I paid 600 pounds for the card and a free holiday and to be honest......... Since i paid them i have booked 5 holidays through them and they have always saved me money! maybe its just good luck or maybe it does actually work... I don't know but i have found them really good and competitive, they have saved me money and although the free holiday was accommodation and return flights for 2 i used that first to test them out and i was enjoyable.... so i would actually recommend them due to the service i have received!

    I cant believe you have put this on here, we both went for this job as a travel agent and were there for 2 weeks together i grasped it straight away and for you it took a little longer but as supposed good friend's i had faith in you also! but you decided to come into the office and get quite frustrated after not making any bookings....... So you decided to take customers details down and fraud them yourself then you left the company leading every one to believe that you went due to family problems! i am no longer with the company however the time you and i were both there you had a good insight of the company and customers even come in to the office to see there representatives about there booking's that were made for them to be around that area... They were happy so if a scam why were they happy and why did the company give the correct address for them to appear at any time! i would say that your in denial as you were sacked due to unexplained reasons! GROW UP!

    haha ur the same guy who got  4 deals so if it was that bad why would u sell it get a grip the card works brill for a lot ppl we are human and do make mistakes come on look at thomas cooks website and how many complaints they have aswell. an people are to quick to jump on the internet an complain but when they have a good time and save a hell of lot of money they only tell freinds and family an show pictures dont jump on here and tell use were they got it from and what discounts they had so come give us a chance and also its been trading for 10yrs so dont u think it would of been closed down by now im just saying

    Pleasant chap called today 01/06/12 name of Daniel stating I had been specially selected to have a licence to obtain discounted holidays by using the same 'Amadeus System ' as travel agents.This would cost a one off payment of £399 and last a lifetime.His Company was The Holiday Specialist  a reputable company(so he said).After checking the web site it looked O K, but checking trip advisor I came across a lot of dissatisfied people.When I mentioned this to him (he had to call me back) he blamed a breakaway company trying to ruin his reputation.He offered me a discount of £100 if I took the offer but I declined.This is a well orchestrated scam so beware of The Holiday Specialist if they phone you.

    Did you get your money back when you get in touch with the Action Fraud, as i believe this company only understand one way to do business, and that's there own.  

    I'm looking at getting my friend who runs a collection company, equally as Legit as The Holiday Specialist to get my money, but if there is another way i'd be interested?

    If you worked for them then you must know how to help people get their money back, i.e., is the address a legit address, how many people work in there, who has control of processing the credit cards, that's the person i want to meet.  Any details would be appreciated as I'm sending a collection company out there, they're not legit either, should be interesting!

    Just looking for some advice on the Holiday Specialist.  I paid for a loyalty card and have booked 15 flights and accommodation with them for a girlie holiday to Ibiza (June 2013).  Have paid £3K deposit and I'm having kittens now I've seen all this bad press.  I've spoke to Ben from the Company and he's trying to put my mind at rest but it's not working.  I wondered if you could tell me your experiences and how your holidays panned out?

    I have also fell victim to these fraudsters. They offerred a crusie at a low price and when I tried to book the true cost was more than the brochure price! When I complained I was told I bought a loyalty card, the cruise was free! What a scam.
    Because I am complaining they now do not answer my calls or email. They do not have the common decency or 'guts' to do so.
    Nothing but common theives.
    If LMS or the Holiday Specialists call tell them to get lost!
