Nothing but bad reviews about this company. Wikipedia, most laser forums, general forums nadda nadda.
It seems sensible people will avoid using their services and will seek out expertise where money and greed don't muddy the waters.

i think david moulsdale had no excuses and should learn that the best way to avoid having to go on an image enhancement campaign on the internet is to come across as a respectable person, which it sounds like he hasnt.

he should also learn that despite everything he cannot stop people from expressing their views on the internet. it is wrong for anyone to think they are that powerful.

David Moulsdale seems to feel contempt for his patients. I can think of no other reason for posts to be removed from here. I am sure his legal people are threatening the company and they are caving in.
No smoke without fire. Unhappy staff, rubbish internal training, bully culture, terrible customer service and the boss from hell.
Remember the company response to Watchdog? That said it all. Basically denied everything and showed zero humility or contrition.

David Moulsdale has treated a lot of people badly.
Customers and employees . If he thought that is going to make a good business model and that people will be too scared to say that David Moulsdale has let a lot of people down then he is wrong.

What is wrong is that he was given an opportunity to get it right entering laser eye , and his arrogance and complacency alongside his inability to listen to good employees giving him sound advice has let him down .

And in my opinion he has has chances to redeem himself and has no excuses .

David Moulsdale should do the decent thing and resign. Hand over the reigns to someone who actually cares about customers and employees.

As the ultimate advert why don't you get your eyes lasered and tell us all when you get in done .
You might argue you don't need it ,
But that did not stop you from spamming practically the whole of the UK with your win free laser eye and try to get people in to your stores when they don't even need correction ( possibly someone like you )

Why don't you become the latest advocate to the latest treatments for getting rid of reading glasses , and do a marathon live tv advert showing is all how much you believe in the wonderful technology at your company to get rid of your presbyopia .

Instead of spamming the whole world I think David Moulsdale you will get a fantastic return on investment if you have laser eye done live on tv .

It really is quite sad with these silly attempts to make genuine victims of this horrible company seem to be the bad guys in this, it's obvious that whoever made those statements is an employee of OE and Moulsdale, is there no depths they won't stoop to? They are the lowest of the low and trying to discredit the very people who's lives have been ruined is just plain wrong.

the plain fatc are there for everyone to make their own minds up, we are not commenting here for the fun of things, just to try an show people how bad and uncaring this company is, and what it has done to us and countless others, they ruin genuine hard working peoples eyesight and lives in the process and don't give a stuff, they string you along until such time that you cannot legally do anything about it and then wash theri hands of you, it really is sickening.

So if it was the case that OE offered bribes to silence people who had negative things to say and if their complex care system was really a mechanism for ensuring people went past the 3 year litigation deadline. That would be serious wouldn't it?
