- FMJ from LASIK EYES replies to teejay| 1 replyAfternoon all,
LASIK EYES have alerted me to this thread, in particular to a post that TEEJAY has linked with my user name on their website. I'd just like to make it known that we are not one and the same person, so kindly remove said link. I was not aware of this forum (although I wish someone had told me about it some time ago). I think if you read my posts on LASIK EYES, this would be clearly obvious. I'm afraid I don't know who this 'Carter' person is either. - ORMLinfo replies to FMJ from LASIK EYESNow we've got that straight :)
Why is it these imposters are unwilling to identify themselves? I leave that for someone else to answer!
I don't lack self esteem so not upset by immature comments about my appearance - actually I think I look damned good for 70, without plastic surgery - unless the FMJ imposter was referring to my damaged eyes of course ;)
Btw, as it was Patrick James-Green who suggested Helena Bonham-Carter to play me in the movie, he obviously wouldn't agree! Apparently she used to be his neighbour.
David Moulsdale: is this personal attack because you can't bribe me, and googling your name brings this site up as NUMBER 2 in the charts?! Let's try for Top of the Pops!
Now I need to get on writing a detailed argument for Nominet, re www.opticalexpressruinedmylife.co.uk
If we lose, not a problem, but I'll give it my best shot!
See website for details.
Also see recent comment from ingushka1 here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FeM-1cHK4ss - Danny| 1 reply@ FMJ or whoever you are, that comment really wasn't called for, to get personal with horrible comments like that is totally unacceptable, it really does show the depths to which OE will go to to try and discredit Sasha and make her out to be the bad guy
Sasha is a wonderful human being (unlike others whom I could mention) and has helped myself and countless others, I personally don't have the time to devote to all this and jhaving someone around who does is a great help for the causes of many who have been damaged by OE, without contact and help from Sasha i'd still be strung along by OE with them trying to ride out my 3 yr limitation period for legal action, luckily i've got in just in time and have a very very good legal team and my case is being built. At the end of the day all I want is for OE to turn around to me and admit they messed up and damaged my eyes and pay for me to fixed by proper eye surgeons and not the laughing stock they employ.
Thats all I ever wanted, i've never asked for compensation or anything else, just to be fixed. But they don't appear to want to try and fix my eyes or even acknowledge my requests so it goes down the legal route, and if it goes well like the other case this legal team has dealt with then it will cost OE dearly.
Sasha - don't let anyone get to you, your work here with all of us damaged OE patients and beyond is marvellous.
And I do think it would be great for us all to get together, should be fun!! - jacqui replies to DannyIt would be great for all of us together, and bring all of our medical records to let every one see the lies they tell and it is also in writing,im disgusted that any one cauld write those childish comments, so what is it oe DOES THE TRUTH HURT.

Fascinating how Optical Express use every trick in the book here to control their Wikipedia page!
Well worth a read! - Big YinThe remaining issues thread sees some guy from OE try every trick in the book to discredit Watchdog, Prof Gartry and the Royal College of Ophthalmologists. Really fascinating stuff when you look into it.

- Fabrizio| 1 replyHi I am new to this forum, I am due to go tonight to pay in full for my lazer eye surgery with optical express, they are at wars with optimax! One has better lasers than the others, facts and figures! However they are both offering a life time of aftercare free of charge. Optical express did tell me that they do not know how long optimax will be around because they keep getting bailed out!!! Anyway sure a lot of you had heard all this! Wat do you think of the guarantee once you have signed the disclaimer???? Help please!!!
I would like to take this opurtuntity to thank Sacha, for just making me think
" wait, don't rush find out the true risks, not just what they want you to hear"
Thank you ! They actually lied to me and said no1 has ever gone blind when thanks to Sacha I have just received a link that Myra was completely blinded!
I will go back and get my money back tonight! I will then research it further.
Thanks Sacha mr Ambrose could not put a price on his eyes, you have given me the vision that neither of these companies would! Money talks more than eyes see!!!- Caller: Optical express
- Fabrizio replies to FabrizioSo. Has anyone experienced a life time guarentee? I was told by optometrist that if for any reason I had a problem that I would be relazered after 4 years from date of 1st surgery for free!!!
- ArachnidCould i just advise everyone to be cautious about giving out contact details unless you are 100% sure about who you are giving them to.
Also a reminder that Mr.Moulsdale has, potentially,a lot to lose here so please don't underestimate what he,assisted by others, may be willing to do to make this go away.I have no personal experience to base this on but it seems obvious to me that he is happy cutting corners,if you know what i mean.
On a lighter note, why not take a leaf out of Ghandi's book with a campaign of civil disobedience.
If you are going to get together in some way you should occupy one of OE's shops.A quiet sit down and a refusal to move should get you some press attention. This needs at least a dozen people to be effective,in my opinion. - Julia replies to jacqui| 6 repliesPlease register to post. - David Moulsdale My Point of View replies to Julia| 4 repliesOne thing I do not understand is why the banks continue to lend heavily to companies that are essentially in debt-
A bank has lent heavily to companies like this ( companies which are essentially still in debt and probably always will be ) to support inorganic growth of the business ( which means more debt and more loans)
In the meantime, look what happened to the Bank?
And who wins?
The companies will always say that they ' contribute to the local economy' 'give people jobs' etc, but the truth is that the employees blogging here dont seem to be happy.
According to Watchdog and the Which Report they have concerns about the questionable medical ethics of the company
Only the owner who every now and again who will probably pay themselves millions of pounds in dividends, whilst the people (employees and customers) pay to bail out the bank that lent the money.
Truly ridiculous.
David Moulsdale Do let me know why you have had this comment above removed previously. Feel free to comment on the thread. I wouldnt mind being put right on this and /or told your point of view, because I value my freedom to say what I think and have enough respect for your freeedom tio explain or disagree.
Thank you - sandy replies to David Moulsdale My Point of View| 2 replieswell said , but i dought very very much if dave will come and talk to you he would rather hide behind the few genuine people who work for OE

Hi John...
My campaign is hotting up with Optical Express especially concerned.
2 March 2012: David Moulsdale sent his troubleshooter, Patrick James-Green, to ask me what it was worth for to me to give up my campaign - I replied, not for a £million!
He then offered 10k for me not to mention OE in my press interviews (recorded).
You asked me to let you know how else you could help: I want more pressure putting on both Simon Burns and Andrew Lansley - even if it means I have to organise a crowd of damaged patients to visit HoC , which will guarantee TV exposure!
Simon Burns' response to my emails, and your tabled Qs in March, is far from satisfactory.
Meanwhile, given what I'm hearing from various sources, my original suspicion that a person, or persons, in the government, have 'connections' to this industry has begun to look likely - hence no second reading of the 2005 Bill for government regulation!
When this finally hits the media, I will be quoting the response emailed to me (11 April) on behalf of Simon Burns and Andrew Lansley.
I suggest you check these links for just one example of what this industry is costing the NHS for repair ops & psych treatment:
http://www.thisisnorthdevon.co.uk/nearly-went ... tail/story.html
Myra Pridham underwent expensive reparative surgery, attended at least 150 hospital appts, and ongoing therapy for depression & PTSD, all paid for by the NHS!
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Regards,
Sasha
m: 07_______ - Ismellanoerat| 3 repliesI think Optical Express have nothing to say.
- Caller: Optical Express
- Danny| 4 replies@ Fabrizio
Please take a good long look at things before going through with anything at Optical Express, from my own personal experience I really regret ever going near them, if I knew then what I do now then i'd have walked out of there with my eyes intact and a wallet full of cash, i'd do anything to have my specs and proper vision back.
If you must absolutely have eye surgery then please look at respected players in the industry, like the Centre For Sight in London or similar, the likes of OE etc are the McD's/Burger King/KFC of the eye surgery industry, what you get looks nothing like it did on the pictures!!! Get my drift?
I thought it was perfectly safe and nothing could/would go wrong with things, at least thats what the flashy ads have you believe, they say complications are very rare, less than 1%, this is rubbish, the surgeon who treated me even admitted in his own words that problems are over 10%!!!
Take my advice here and please think long and hard before doing anything, you might just save your eyesight. - ORMLinfo replies to ORMLinfoURGENT!
John McDonnell has just responded to above message, suggesting a new EDM
Definition: http://www.parliament.uk/edm
He's asked what I'd like included, & will then draft Qs to be tabled in Parliament this week.
This is your opportunity to be heard, so any suggested Qs need to reach me by tomorrow afternoon.
info@optimaxruinedmylife.co.uk
PLEASE - DO NOT POST THEM HERE!!
Meanwhile, please email your MP & ask them to support you. (Google their name for email address) - Opinion replies to Ismellanoerat| 2 repliesIts because, as usual David Moulsdale has real trouble facing the music or confronting / tackling issues head on.
Unlike Russell Ambrose who appears to at least have enough courage not to avoid issues and runaway from his problems/ challenges- he went to Sasha's house!
