Lol - time I stopped this rumour before it grows wings!

Russell initially offered to come to my house, but I thought it too invasive.  

In fact, all our meetings were in his boardroom @ Finchley Rd head office.

However, whilst there's no love lost between us, I do agree that at least Russell does not hide behind 'yes men' wearing pointy shoes & bad hair styles!

II must admit I have a lot more time for Russell Ambrose at present.

1. Russell Ambrose didnt try to get you to drop your campaign? by trying to bribe you ( as you have claimed David Moulsdale did through his troubleshooter)
2. Russell Ambrose didnt send someone else to speak with you, or flirt with you (as you have claimed Optical Express's troubleshooter sent you flirty messages in a previous comment) to make you drop your campaign
3. Russell Ambroses offer for money came legally through a lawyer, which was in effect a settlement so to speak so doesnt come across as being dodgy to me, unlike David Moulsdales troubleshooter ( who said David Moulsdale would only pay 10 K) according to your claims
4. Russell Ambrose has enough time for his patients/ customers to meet with them personally, so clearly they do mean something to him unlike David Moulsdale whom you day has passed your direct commmunication to someone else.

I do wonder, if David Moulsdale should ask Russell Ambrose for tips on Customer Service and PR.
Russell comes across as being a lot more respectable from the above than David Moulsdale.

Or maybe David Moulsdale is too busy having parties on beaches somewhere to be bothered with responding.

Went into optical express to get my £100 cash refund yesterday, I was sent away without my money and was told that it could only be given back by cheque. I was told that I would be contacted today to arrange refund! Great service!!!

Hi Danny, so sorry to hear about the problems you have had with your eye surgery. I have canceled my appointment at o/e lakeside and am awaiting my deposit to be returned by head office. BTW I went MC Ds after comming out of OE! Didn't look at the pics but knew the [***] I was getting! Lol
Thank you for your advice, maybe 2 mins a day Of putting lenses in is not that bigger deal!!
What I don't get???
Is if I can't see nothing without glasses/lenses (-5.25) how will the surgery ruin my eyes or make my visions worse?????
Is it the dry gritty feelIng?
Starburst / bad vision at night??
Not being able to wear lenses???

Seems that this guys world is coming tumbling down!

How does it make things worse? dry eyes, ghosting, starbursts, halo's, glare.... I could go on, the bottom line is that it does horrible things to your eyes, the quality of your overall vision just will not be the same.

Sandy. I don't think it is. A small stream of unhappy patients us going to become a torrent. Believe me.
Once people see it is ok to speak out against this bully and the rest of the wasters who worship him, it will grow until change happens for the better.

i cant picture davy boy as a bully, there again inside OE he could be, and i do know there are some who worship him( i have met one of them yet she seemed a nice woman ) but outside OE he is not in a position to bully people, i can see nothing in him to be frightened of, he should ask his dad what the lads who worked the carnival in edinburgh around time he was born or the lads who worked the doors at the cavendish were like, if his dad drove a taxi in edinburgh im sure he will not be very proud of his son davy boy

Wow two cases against Mr Kloppler - is this the same Dr that is working at the Milton Keynes Branch ? What is the owner of OE doing ? Two cases.

Where is watchdog ??? Surely they can further snowball this matter so everyone can come out and stop this butchering.

Why has no one:

1. Written to the various medical journals to request them to highlight this.
2. Contacted the media to highlight the concerns that two patients possibly more are suing one dr at optical express, what has the owner of Optical express done to look into this ?
3. Does the actual owner take any ownership and gas he suspended the surgeon
4. What grounds is the case based on and the implications for high street clinics.
5. Contacted the various institutions that give credibility to these drs - USA etc
6. Why and how could anyone continue to keep the same surgeon, surly for the welfare of the patients they would suspend him and do an internal investigation.
7. We need to, through the right media channels bring the facts out to the public.

Pls, I would urge you all to pick a point and work on it immediately.

Please an you point me to which ... Where they discredit optical express and how about we contact which and inform them that one surgeon is getting sued by OE so that the truth can come out and perhaps we can stop OE from damaging others !
