they probably want to hear the recording first so all the lawyers can argue about how that conversation can be interpreted, thats why anotheropinion kept banging in about it.

Maybe the people in power in this country know how Mr.Moulsdale behaves and are prepared to turn a blind eye to it because he has money,power and influence.
If you search on line for the story about the opening of Moulsdale House you should find images of Mr.Moulsdale standing side by side with Princess Anne.I know nothing about royal protocol but i'm sure prominent members of the royal family are not allowed to appear alongside someone unless that person has been thoroughly checked out.Conclusion.Mr.Moulsdales behaviour is known about and accepted.
This means if anything is going to change then you'll have to make it happen
Don't put your faith in the establishment to sort this out.
The establishment usually prefers not to rock the boat.
