I can't understand why on earth Wondering does not get in contact with Sasha. Constantly posting on here about Moulsdale's wrong doings but not backing anything up with proof is not going to bring Moulsdale to justice. If Moulsdale has told you that he doesn't want you getting in contact with Sasha surely that is more incentive to get in contact with Sasha????

The only way Moulsdale is going to get brought to justice is if people come out and publicly speak against him. Wondering you really should contact Sasha, I don't know her personally but she's obviously got Moulsdale worried so I'm sure she will be able to air your grievances in a more constructive manner. To bring Moulsdale down people are going to have to start providing irrefutable evidence that his solicitors can't worm there way out of.

About David Moulsdale
1. He has no interest in the wellbeing of his workforce, which is why he gets involved with young females through lies , hires multiple bedrooms at his Optical Express Christmas parties and gets his PA to pick up for him.

2. He has no problem with lying to his potential customers, evidenced through the number of Advertising Standards Agency judgemets against him.

3. he been reported in the papers to have affiliations with a well known scottish gangster.

4. He is so interested in the best standards of eye care that he (as Sasha said) has offered a government campaigner a bribe- in contravention to the bribery act, not to campaign for government legislation in laser eye- surely the better option was to work with her?

5. He has no problem with removing feedback about him from the internet so and trying to inimidate people to not be involved in saying anything negative about him- probably so he can drag more poeople into his fantasist life of no consequences.

Hugh Kerr is a major source of optical express' rotten working culture. Vermin of the lowest form who bullied me within an inch of my life until I was broken and left for my health. Rotten to the core!

My view David Moulsdale is fully in knowledge and therefore responsible and accountable for everything that has happened to every employee at Optical Express and should be held fully and wholly accountable.

There is a clear reason for this.
If you saw your  boss, lying to young ladies at work, getting them drunk at his Optical Express Christmas parties, swearing and abusive towards  staff, making promises that you knew he had no intention of keeping,  how would you behave ?

You would slowly find that behaviour acceptable - because everyone else does, and your own behaviour may change with it.

David Moulsdale thinks that he is entrusted with the responsibility of thousands of employees including young professionals, and duties towards customers eye care, is reason to act irresponsibly, to be ungrateful for what society has seen as someone with potential who has something to contribute to society and instead chose to throw it back in both customers and employees faces. And he thinks that 'powerful' or 'successful' people have that right.

In my opinion poor culture can never be blamed on anyone except the person who creates the atmosphere of the business.
And that person is David Moulsdale.

If bosses and managers at Optical Exporess are not afraid to bully staff its because they are not worried about getting fired if they did. In fact they have probably learnt the art of  bullying from David himself.

He got walked out after clearing his desk in public. Now he is back and just the same. A lying scheming backbiting toadie.

There seems to be too much of that at Optical Express.
It seems like that the only people that seem to survive happily in their jobs at OE are ones that dont gove a monkeys and are playing very horrible games at work.
Really nasty atmosphere
Feels like there is no way in that place for an honest hardworking person to happily get their job done , and not be crushed at the end of it.

And for some reason David Moulsdale doesnt think he has got some serious cultural and attitude issues that he needs to sort out.
In my view he is so far on his high horse that he thinks that what he has created there is a recipe for success,
he forgets- the reports  that all his profits were wiped out in 2005,  and actually for the number of retail outlets hes got, he should be doing a lot better than he is- my view is he is underperforming.

@wondering a bit like how you ignore people asking you to contact Sasha. Whenever someone asks why you don't contact Sasha you never answer and just keep posting the same accusations over and over again. If you want to see Moulsdale brought to justice why on earth don't you speak to Sasha what possible harm could it do???? Posting the same stuff over and over again without providing any proof is not going to stop Moulsdale. The mere fact that Moulsdale has warned you off contacting Sasha shows how worried he is of her, Moulsdale obviously knows that you contacting Sasha could do his public persona considerable harm .

I don't represent anyone's interests and you haven't offended me. You said yourself that Moulsdale has told you not to contact Sasha which shows he is very worried about you doing so. I've been plagued by cold calls from OE which led me to this website and what I have since read about OE and Moulsdale has led me to believe that they must be stopped.

No I don't know Sasha but I have read enough about her and from people that do know her to know that she could very well help you deal with Moulsdale and expose him for the liar he is. I simply can't understand why you won't at least listen to what Sasha has to say, if you don't like what Sasha has to say then don't deal with her but what harm can it do to contact her as she has asked and at least hear her out. You have nothing to lose by contacting Sasha and everything to gain. Moulsdale will only be stopped if people spaek out against him with evidence to back up what they are saying.

You don't have to justify yourself to me but various people have asked you to speak to Sasha as she maybe able to help you yet you refuse to even consider it. The mere fact that Moulsdale has tried to persuade you not to speak to Sasha should show that Sasha has the potential to stop the man. By not helping Sasha you are merely helping Moulsdale get away with what he is doing. I've goggled Sasha and she has a high internet presence one that Moulsdale is more than aware of.

Surely the last few weeks have shown you that all posting accusations without proof gets you is your comments deleted by the site administrators. Sash has a website that she has fought to keep successfully against OE's solicitors surely that in itself should convince ou that Sasha is the real deal.

I had doubts myself about Sasha and her claims until I read about her defeating OE's solicitors in a legal battle over the Opticalexpressruinedmylife website.Imagine what Sasha could do with the information you have available? Why do you think Moulsdale is so scared of her?

Stephen Hannan (Clinical Services Director) has been a busy man this week.  

He's personally called a number of My Beautiful Eyes' clients, who had contacted David Moulsdale directly, asking for their records/refunds/referrals/retreatments elsewhere.

I'm guessing DM must be a worried man, as the number of unhappy patients contacting MBE for help is steadily increasing.

Just finished reading and taking in all this on David Moulsdale. Is this guy for real? got to be a joke?! why has nobody done anything about this guy?

Bribery, newspaper ad campaigns, threats, broken legs (all allegedly) perhaps ?

Likewise, just spent (wellspent)the better half of an hour reading this OE/Mousdale thread. I've never had direct contact with these people.....not an ex-employee or ex-customer. However, I have observed their methods at close quarters. Mr Mousdale is known by people in other industries by his reputation...and the napalm rumours he cannot seem to shrug off. Looking at the photos of him, he doesn't look like a gangster to me but someone who has tried to ape some of their manners. Regarding the testimony on here, unsubstantiated or not,I find it very easy to believe and none of it surprises me. I was once on my hols in Torbay and there was some old bloke walking up and down outside the OE shop with a sandwich board complaining and asking for his money back, what an advert. He was there every day of my trip and it looked like he prob marched up and down outside monday to sat 9 til 5. Shocking publicity when you have tons of tourists wandering by from all over the country.
