Im sure you have all worked very hard trying to make David Moulsdale and his business successful.
I want you all to ask yourselves the question based on the feedback- Does Moulsdale really deserve your time and effort?

Wikipedia says OE made under 4,000,000 last year. OE also advertise over 250 locations on their website.

Now , do the maths- each location must be making about 16,000 profit a year ( just sixteen thousand pounds) on average and a good chance a lot of stores may not be breaking even-

Now you all know why its so hard to get a small pay rise!!- maybe moulsdale cant afford it!
How long can Moulsdale keep this all going?

It is  possible Moulsdale has been personally trying to edit out the fact that opticalexpressruinedmylife website exists from th OE wikipedia page. Does that sound like a confident boss to you?

Do you think  its possible that Moulsdale has  decided which practices are going next?
In the meantime- dont you think its time you worked for someone who actually cares about his customers and doesnt put your hard work in jeopardy by making customers want to publish opticalexpressruinedmylife because he doesnt want to give a refund ( allegedly) whilst seemingly caring more about having fun at his stupid parties seemingly at his employees expense?

Im just Wondering-

Could it be possible that the Royal Bank Of Scotland has 'supported' Frank Blin's appointment to Moulsdales Games Room ( board room) because theyare sweating it knowing they have lent Moulsdale too much money to over expand his business  which has now seemingly also permanently over expanded his head and now since RBS have been bailed out by public funds that they are hoping to god that Moulsdale aint going to screw up and are supporting Frank Blins appointment because they have no confidence in Moulsdale?

I think RBS must be kicking themselves, and  maybe now poor Blin is left with the less than attractive task of helping in my view this immature wannabe noclass businessboy fantasist who never  left Never Never Land realise he aint a hot shot afterall, just a Great Pretender !

About David Moulsdale

1. He has no interest in the wellbeing of his workforce, which is why he gets involved with young females through lies , hires multiple bedrooms at his Optical Express Christmas parties and gets his PA to pick up for him.

2. He has no problem with lying to his potential customers, evidenced through the number of Advertising Standards Agency judgements against him.

3. he been reported in the papers to have affiliations with a well known scottish gangster.

4. He is so interested in the best standards of eye care that he (as Sasha said) has offered a government campaigner a bribe- in contravention to the bribery act and the law, not to campaign for government legislation in laser eye- surely the better option was to work with her?

5. He has no problem with removing feedback about him from the internet (eg this forum, ex staff of optical express facebook pages and wikipedia) so and trying to inimidate people to not be involved in saying anything negative about him- probably so he can drag more poeople into his fantasist life of no consequences.

6. David Moulsdale has had his company offer complaining customers refunds - allegedly only when they sign a gagging order stopping them from telling others about their experience. 

7. No one knows who readingwithinterest is and why he/she is here

8. we know that he/she got very stressed at the suggestion that hypothetically speaking its a possibility that maybe gagged refunded customers who breach their confidentiality agreements who then get pursued by Optical Express and or David Moulsdale may be setting precedent in court if they argue that a refund is their right ( lets think statutory rights), and they should not be forced to be gagged just to get a refund! 

9. I think that Moulsdale doesnt play nice, because if he did he would not have given these customers so much grief to get a refund and if he hadnt done that then maybe none of this would have happened.

10. Gagging these customers means that Moulsdale could potentially do the same thing to others who are non the wiser.

11. David Moulsdale knows exactly who I am and is welcome to come and break my legs any time.I dont care.

12. Moulsdale doesnt seem to care about Optical Express because if he did he wouldnt put the brand image in jeopardy as he is now doing. He doesnt seem to care about his staff, which is why people have commented here about their poor experiences of him and his company.  He only seems to care about money, and sadly so that for 6 patients who may accumulate about 18,000 worth of refunds hes given them so much stress. For a guy whos estimated value is 60 million pounds, he is either going broke, or incredibly stupid and stubborn.

He is a total pervert. All he wants is to shag his young Asian staff

In my opinion anywhere wear they have duplicate locations - ie more than one store in close proximity or anywhere where the store is consistently under performing and or they are not getting the volume - watch out.

It looks like  David moulsdale was  too busy trying to get in his employees pants to concentrate on running his business and now it seems to look like his careless irresponsible attitude towards business has cost employees their job security  and job loss while he can run off with his millions made off the backs of hardworking employees and begun from heavy borrowing from RBS which had to be bailed by public funds .Plus the long suffering creditors in early days reported in the papers who it seems had to chase him to get their money back .

In my opinion Moulsdale would not even be where he is right now if it was not for those people who have worked their socks off for him loyally and accepted his abusive foul mouth .now It looks like  he hasnt even got the courtesy to let you all know he is closing stores .

That's how much he seems to care about you all .

Why do you think Blin was forced onto the board by RBS? Because Moulsdale's smoke and mirror tactics had spooked them for long enough. Blin is running the show I suspect.

Rumour has it OE staff are being told the closures are to make way for bigger stores.  

Seems unlikely, as surely it makes economical sense not to close an outlet until there's a new one ready to open?

Apparently customers from the Sauchihall Street branch have been sent to Renfield Street, whilst Optical Express direct Tooting customers to the Croydon branch - 6.6 miles away!

I think everyone should let Moulsdale slide and stop helping him-
Moulsdale- please sell the company- stop harming and initimidating people, in my view the only thing you are is a lying world class thug, who has taken all the people who have served you loyally as mugs and you have no respect. You think that you can get away with it all.

Its time you moved on and leave the people of this industry alone. Nobody deserves to have to deal with you.
