Pages 50-51 have no mention of a murder suspect. Sure they mention Andrew Elphick who disappeared many years ago but how does that relate to Optical Express? Who is this suspect?

I don't think he is, several sources have said they've cut all ties. Good riddance I say.

For those asking why, when her treatment was with Optimax, Sasha has totally abandoned her crusade against Optimax and is now concentrating on Optical Express.

The real Evil of OE is Hugh Kerr, a compulsive liar and conniving individual. He would backstab anyone for his own personal gain. Zero business acumen and definitely doesn't understand the meaning of discrimination. He has hounded so many innocent and hardworking staff out of the company with families and mortgages through his dirty tricks campaign. I don't know how Mrs Kerr sleeps at night knowing the git next to her has made so many people ill and feel worthless. At least Moulsdale has a reason to be ruthless as he owns the company, whats Kerr's excuse?.. Moulsdale isn't aware what this guy does to people on the ground. Don't turn your back when Kerr's in the room!  Beware future employers, do not employ this man when Moulsdale sacks him AGAIN!

Landlords furious over JJB Sports and Optical Express administrations

Landlords have warned they will reconsider whether to back insolvency proceedings that allow retailers to shed loss-making stores after JJB Sports and Optical Express called in administrators.

Property companies are furious that JJB and Optical Express have launched insolvency proceedings just two days after quarterly rent payments were due, meaning landlords will miss out on three months of rent.
There is particular frustration over Optical Express, which is shedding up to 40 unwanted shops by putting a subsidiary with 83 sites into administration and then buying back the sites it wants to retain.
The company says it is “consolidating” its store portfolio to “focus resources on its flagship locations and online business”.
But there are also new concerns about the value of allowing retailers to restructure through company voluntary arrangements (CVAs), given that JJB was allowed to cut its rental bill through two CVAs in the run-up to its collapse.
Landlords have been left with 133 empty stores after administrators were called in to the sports retailer on Monday. Land Securities, the UK’s biggest listed property company, had six JJB shops, as did shopping centre and retail park owner Hammerson.

Don't forget it was after her own eye surgery problems that Sasha started her campaign so no matter if she did or didn't receive a "very high settlement" from Optimax she has as much right to compensation as anybody else. She's the only person I see do anything to try & better this industry and I'm sure she would be the first to argue that her "crusade" is against the entire laser eye surgery industry not just Optical Express.

'Anon Imposter' should read page 54 (16 November) where Sasha succinctly outlines her problems with OE telling how "their competitors are working positively to improve services and help patients left with problems"

And "There would be no need for the OERML website if he (David Moulsdale) were prepared to work with me, and take care of OE patients in a responsible manner, both before and after surgery" !!!

So to answer the question from 'Anon Imposter'- it's an emphatic No! I don't think a settlement is the reason for Sasha "concentrating on Optical Express" -I think it has more to do with David Moulsdale's refusal to take responsibility for his problem patients and look after them like other clinics are doing.

But I do think 'Anon Imposter' has just proved Sasha's point (page 54) that "OE has attempted to disrupt and discredit me in a number of ways" ;)

I personally think that David Moulsdale does need to be taught a few lessons about what customer service is about and If hugh Kerr was a problem moulsdale would have gotten rid of him , but he hasn't I don't think and he probably won't because moulsdale is in my view a selfish and stupid individual who doesn't care about his business because if he did he wouldn't treat his staff as I think he does - badly . He wouldn't ignore people like sasha if he cared and quite frankly if sasha goes for David  Moulsdale I personally think he deserves to be taught a lesson about what happens if you think business is about acting like you are too above everyone to be respectful towards the views of your customers and let that be a lesson to anyone who thinks that it is easy to ignore customers because this is one thing that Russell ambrose is not too stuck up or stupid to see - that in business you have to listen to people . In the meantime if it does happen to be sasha who teaches Moulsdale those lessons so be it it may be good for his development.

In the meantime we should all be clear that this is not Patrick's fault it is not hugh Kerrs  fault I think it is all David Moulsdales fault and he should just grow up and take some responsibility . He should realise that he is not a hot shot just a mediocre businessman who did have a lot of potential but has acted like in my view an imbecile and wasted a lot of hardworking peoples time and effort in that business .

I hear on the grapevine Moulsdale is looking for a buyer.

If Hugh Kerr is walking around treating people like [***] it is probably because I think David moulsdale probably told him to. I think it's quite laughable for anyone to suggest David doesn't know.

I personally think that like the gutless creep David moulsdale is he hasn't got the balls to face up to some long standing employees  that he may quite possibly be treating like crap at the moment - more than likely because he hasn't got a choice if it is happening and only because he is not in my view man enough to sort that S£*T out himself .

Businessmen like him always in my view need a fall guy .

I think that you'll find that I've been Anon for much longer than you and I have no intention of changing!  But I have no objection to you continuing to use it if it upsets you so much.

Not that you are likely to believe me, I have nothing at all to do with Optical Express or Optimax, but do have contact with whistle blowers from within Optimax.

If, as you believe, Sasha's dropping Optimax off her list has nothing at all to do with the "very high settlement".  I wonder, could it be the gagging order associated with that unusually high settlement?  Meanwhile Optimax continues to have just as many problem patients as before and deals with them in exactly the same way.  Perhaps Optical Express's £10k was not enough.

Looks like OE's usual tactics to distract from posts they don't want noticed. Especially if they're trying to sell!

Yes, a number of my posts on here were deleted, which is why I stopped posting for a while.  I've never been employed by Optical Express, Optimax or one of their competitors.  I'm no fan of OE or Optimax, but the reason why Optimax has been dropped from the campaign should be understood.

I'll see how long this is allowed to stand.  It's not just OE who can complain and get posts deleted.
