Even if this conspiracy theory that sasha rodoy has been paid off by Optimax to pursue optical express is tru I personally would find it hilarious . Of course it is only a theory but I personally think that David moulsdale even then would thoroughly deserve it . Especially since it would mean that his ten grand offer he allegedly made to sasha through an employee  had backfired . And still would mean if we carry on thinking this conspiracy theory through that Optimax could afford to buy off sasha properly whilst Optical  Express  couldn't .

Which I think would be a hilarious scenario .

So where do Optimax's problem patients go for help now that the Optimaxruinedmylife webpage has mysteriously disappeared off the face of the internet. Notice the great campaigner herself has not answered Anon in regards to what happened to her initial campaign against Optimax.

Sasha also claimed numerous times that she would not sign any Optimax gagging order and would continue with the Optimaxruinedmylife webpage but this is clearly not the case.

@wondering Sasha accepting Optimax's settlement has nothing to do with Optical Express it's obviously to do with money. No one has mentioned a conspiracy theory but you. So Sasha what happens now if an Optimax patient contacts you with the problems they are having?

Also the ORML(optimaxruinedmylife) twitter page has gone as well. Sasha claiming that she wouldn't drop her campaign against OE for £1 million pounds looks a lot less believable now. She has a price and Optimax obviously met that price. On other forums she swore blind she would not sign a gagging order. While I agree she is fully entitled to compensation for the damage Optimax has caused her I find it very disappointing that she has obviously signed the gagging order. Why else would the ORML webpage and twitter feed no longer be in existence.

No conspiracy.  Facts are that Sasha has settled with Optimax for an unusually high sum; the agreement includes a gagging order; OptimaxRuinedMyLife.co.uk has gone, so has the associated Twitter page and a number of forum posts.

Meanwhile, the e-petition has stalled.  She has also antagonised some leading industry figures who previously supported her campaign.  Consequently her campaign has degenerated into a personal vendetta against one person on an inapropriate website.  Optimax must be laughing.

Attacking David Moulsdale just ignores the associated business practices.  If he does sell, it'll probably be to the likes of Optimax who'll just continue with the same business model, but with a larger market share and presence.  That's bad for everyone - patients and employees alike.

Although one person is recognisable by his bitchy comments, I'm amused to read so many assumptions posted by people who don't know me.

However, I have no intention of responding to provocation simply to feed speculation and divert from the real issues and suggest you read my post on P54.

Although a few leading figures in the industry have claimed to support my campaign, Patrick James Green himself spelled it out to me last March when he warned me not to trust anyone profiting from it, as government legislation will affect ALL providers!  

I didn't believe him at the time, but Patrick, if you're reading this, you were 100% right on that one.

I set up 'My Beautiful Eyes' advisory service to help any patient damaged by refractive eye surgery, regardless of the clinic responsible, be it Optical Express, Optimax, Ultralase, or other.  The website is undeveloped as yet, but as with two others, will be built up and promoted.

Meanwhile, I suggest the person claiming to have evidence of a gagging order I've signed posts it for all to read.

And if you have no connection to any eye surgery provider, then why are you attacking me instead of supporting me in the campaign to regulate this industry?!

If there are any unhappy Optimax customers in sure russell ambrose has probably got the good sense to deal with them himself therefore I think  there is probably no need for sasha to be helping them !

The rumour that Moulsdale is trying to sell OE might explain the out of proportion fight they have engaged in on Wikipedia. There's far more info on the Talk page than in the extremely short & depleted article itself.

Can't comment on surgery (IOL) as I did not fall 'within their criteria'. But their customer service is abysmal and they conduct themselves like a bucket shop for eye surgery. I was tested on Sunday, 30 September and all appointment times were different which didn't bode well and I should have followed my instincts and walked away then. An assistant advised me I could still have the procedure but only one surgeon in Harley Street would oblige and I could talk it over more with him if I made an appointment but would have to pay a £500 deposit as a 'goodwill gesture'. After thinking about it I decided I would wait for my middle age eyesight to deteriorate and go for it later. On Monday, 1 October I went back to the bucket shop in Birmingham and explained and an assistant sent an email to their HO with a request for a £500 refund. My statement shows the £500 was debited on Monday, 1 October. Today is Friday, 23 November and I am still waiting after originally being told it would take up to 28 days. I have telephoned at least six times now, given my card details again more than once, been promised call backs and not received any apology or explanation whatsoever. On 21 November I was told I was 'on the list' for a refund and a Becky would ring me next day. Nothing. Yesterday evening (22 November) I was told I was 'in a batch' for signing off by Becky and was promised a call this morning. We shall see.

If and when I do get to a stage where I am an eligible patient for this procedure, I would not hesitate to go ahead but NOT through Optical Express. Makes me shudder.

Facts of the matter are this: Sasha was extremely vocal at the beginning of the year on how she would not be silenced by Optimax and how the ORML webpage and twitter feed would continue regardless of any settlement with Optimax. This is clearly not the case and for those suggesting there is no need for such websites due to Optimax caring for their patients superbly need to check out the lasik-eyes.co.uk forum where there are numerous Optimax patients on there that are far from happy with the state their eyes have been let in.

Sasha has avoided answering why these websites have been taken down as she is not allowed to talk about the reasons why these websites suddenly vanished. Sasha needs to realise like Anon says that she is not the only person who knows insiders in the laser eye surgery industry. As far as posting evidence of such a gagging order no-one is going to do that as if they did they would be leaving themselves wide open for severe legal action.

When you shout about websites like ORML and the ORML twitter feed as much as Sasha has done she can't then expect no-one to say anything when they mysteriously disappear without warning. When you publicly state numerous times that these sites will remain then take them down it is only natural that people will question your motives.

Sasha people aren't attacking you they are merely questioning why these websites have ceased to exist and why you now never now criticise Optimax online in the other forums you frequent. It was you who made public proclamations on other forums on how these websites would remain not anyone else. If you are going to put yourself into the public realm then people will analyse and question your actions and decisions.

I think that a lot of people would agree if I was to say that he Is a complete plonker . He has probably treated a lot of people like [***] which is probably why he is in my view extremely unpopular person who has also through his Stinking attitude in my view sent his business down the pan . All I think thoroughly deserved and all his own fault and now like the plonker he is is probably sending some people to this forum to moan about sasha on this forum to analyse her behaviour when it's his own fault .

Why don't we all analyse David moulsdales behaviour instead because I personally think he's a disgusting creepy example of a gutless wonder who is resorting to blaming anyone and everyone for his own failings .

It does appear that every time there's a serious criticism or observation made concerning OE someone jumps in and diverts the traffic elsewhere.

I did read the older posts as Speechless suggested, and 'reading with interest' has most certainly done this many times since July.

David Moulsdale, call me crazy, but I'd like to suggest if you took responsibility for your company's failings and did something to improve them, then no-one could say a word against you.

The politicians answer Sasha.  That is, no answer at all.  You haven't denied signing a settlement containing a gagging order just challenged me to produce it.

I have far more loyalty and integrity than to post the settlement which contains the gagging order - it could get my Optimax whistle blower into deep legal trouble.  

I've read your post on p54.  Just answer the questions - why did you close down OptimaxRuinedMyLife.co.uk and the associated Twitter account shortly after agreeing settlement with Optimax and why did Optimax agree such an unusually high settlement?

As for not supporting your campaign I am one of the few who signed your petition.  I'm attacking hypocrisy, not the aims of your campaign.  The fact that you can be bought and the disappearance of ORML does far more damage to your campaign than I ever could.

Let's face it the man is in my view an obnoxious arrogant uncivilised bad mannered brute . Isnt it true he didn't even want to acknowledge  complaining customers emails while Russell ambrose optimax dealt with complaints directly ?

Not diverting anything in fact it was Anon who brought up Sasha's settlement with Optimax. I think OE should be held accountable for their actions and have stated this on numerous occasions. yet people still accuse me of being an OE employee - sigh....

It is well know throughout the laser surgery community that Sasha has signed a gagging order. I think the campaign is a great idea unfortunately the person leading it seems to have sold her morals to Optimax. Now Sasha is accusing Anon of being someone else - does this woman's paronia ever end?

No wonder respectable people like Sheraz Daya want nothing to do with her campaign. It's all well and good holding OE accountable as they should be but doesn't change the fact that Sasha has taken down ORML after promising publicly numerous times that she would not do so. Sasha is the queen of avoiding questions that expose her complete lack of credibility. What little credibility she had dissapeared when she signed Optimax's gagging order.

@avid fan going back and reading old posts proves nothing as anyone who follows this forum regularly knows that numerous posts get deleted every week. I have blasted Moulsdale numerous times and all these posts have been deleted. I think Moulsdale is scum and so is OE but that doesn't mean I'm naive to think that Sasha Rodoy is some sort of saint. The minute Optimax offered the right ammount she droped the ORML website and twitter feed like a hot potato. Fact.
