@OE victim that is an absolute disgrace and I think it shows that you clearly have OE on the ropes. From what I've heard Harper MacLeod are not the most competent solicitors as evidenced in their case verses Sasha Rodoy. Good luck with your legal battle.

Good luck in your action. From what I can see there will be many to follow. OE will apply delaying tactics in the same way as they deny people genuine refunds of monies owed. Suggests there may be a cash flow problem.

Thanks for the advice on doing my job, but with over 20 years experience, 10 of that as a freelance, I don't need irrelevant advice from a media outsider.

The basic principle is to get your facts right.  Which is why I started posting on this site.  I already had one good source who had supplied documentation, but I needed to fill in the gaps and get background. Having stirred interest here, I made the necessary contacts.  I'd still like more - you can never have too much information.  Now I just need the right time to publish.  The next report on legislation of cosmetic surgery is a distinct favourite.

I'll admit Wondering is irrelevant to the story, or most other things come to that, but she kept re-posting her drivel, smothering other posts and twisting the facts to suit herself.  Someone needed to challenge her.

There may be a story, but it's no use to me or any other journalist.  Eshan is either withholding evidence from the police or lying.  Any information/evidence which I gained would have to be given to the police and could not be published until after any trial, when every other journalist would also have it.  No value at all to me.

Have your solicitors suggested suing the surgeon as well/instead?  Could be another way to get compensation.

( as Alleged by 'EX' a commentor on this forum )- I think he therefore demonstrates his attitude towards the the duty of care he has towards his employees.

2. Someone anonymous  called 'ex' has written on this forum , insinuating that David Moulsdale is using drugs.It is rumoured previous to this that Moulsdale has been using cocaine according to 'speechless.'

3.He is so interested in the best standards of eye care that he (as Sasha Rodoy alleges) has offered a government campaigner a bribe- in contravention to the bribery act and the law, not to campaign for government legislation in laser eye- surely the better option was to work with her?

FACT Optical Express are already hurting, business down 30%, shops closures, administration, no more paid for consultations at external clinics for DAMAGED PATIENTS, bad publicity forever on the increase.  

Yes, Sasha has assisted plenty, including me, who's eye sight was left damaged by the High Cowboys of Optical Express (they are all as bad as each other).

2013 will be an interesting year of OE as more and more and yet MORE damaged patients start speaking out and the litigation cases keep on piling up, the tide will surely flow now the trickle has begun.  One can only presume it is only a matter of time before the main stream press stop ignoring this crookeder business with their non-existent morals.

Who knows, perhaps "the right side of the law" may even catch up with Paddy.

Now we're getting to the crux of the matter....OEs dubious business practices and the impact it is having on the lifestyle and livelihoods of so many people. Cowboys is an apt descriptive as their attitude towards people's eyesightght is GUNG HO...[persuade them with hard sell (ps don't question whether ther are  suitable though), turn them around as quickly as poss and fingers crossed....if they are  unhappy, pretend you can help for a while, but don't spend too much time on them, then just act in such an uncaring and inefficient manner that they go away and seek help elsewhere....job done, money's in the bank, end of]
BUT by posting on Sasha's website, by contacting our local MPs, Scottish parliamentary memnpbers, Welsh Assemble ministers, Watchdog, the Press, the Prime Minister, Royal College of Opthalmologists etc etc (just google OE,s own website to find a list of organisations which oversee their provision), we have an option other than walking away in frustration, which is what OE are banking on to avoid incurring extra costs and so denting their profit.

Sasha Rodoy has helped me and lots of other people I am in touch with. Thanks to Sasha some of them have been paid compensation with no legal help!

I think Russell Ambrose is involved in this smear campaign on this site against Sasha because her government campaign affects the whole industry including Optimax and Ultralase and is scaring them all. Ambrose invested a lot of his money buying Ultralase and he wants to get her out of the way as much as David Moulsdale does.  

Do they really think people are so blind not to see what is going on here?  Sorry Myra ;)

The lies told here just show how disgusting Optical Express are and how low these clinics will stoop to stop Sasha helping any more people. I know she will help anyone she can from which ever clinic.

This is why it's more important than ever to sign this petition at http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/28629 to try to get better laser eye surgery standards and tighter regulations put into place. Commercial competitors are cutting corners to the detriment of the patient when they could actually be making an equitable profit and delivering excellence as standard.
