wish i had known now, I entered the comp this morning at 9am, i have recieved two calls of them already.

These people are a menace, they just don't give up. It's bordering on harassment.

You obviously work in a very different department to the cold calling heart of the business. I'm guessing management, in which case it's your responsibility to look into this if you really do care so much for your beloved company.

I've asked to be removed several times. No one cares. Optical Express deserve the damage this is doing to their company.

These people are short of harrassment - I was actually considering laser surgery but seems as these people are soooo desperate for work I will not even consider them.

Phone and text messages from this number and also the 01236 - both Optical Express who want me for an eye test!

Sounds like rubbish to me - a powerful man like David Moulsdale wouldnt risk it all like that - you are just bitter

Bloody Hell! I had a look through google after I read your reply and there is loads! Going to Tunnel night club with Tony McGovern... I stand corrected. Can't understand why he is/was so foolish? I suppose it happened years ago and his company seems a lot bigger now? Maybe he has grown up now?

So we've seen how the Optical Express ads and sales tactics have worried some medical experts but the procedure patients go through before surgery and the information that they have been provided with is also cause for concern.

I just don't understand how a company can operate in this way in the 21st century. My friend worked as a store manager for them for a while - he said that he could'nt wait to leave. Everybody was so unhappy and under pressure. He said that the targets that were set where completely ridiculous and nobody ever seemed to beat them. He also said that there was a massive Scottish bias. The number of customer complaints he got with no support from head office.

You get called from a company trying to enhance your life. They are so passionate in helping you that they call you regularly. You dont answer.They know they can change your life and you would thank them, so they keep calling you. They're the best friend you never had!

Anyone who doesnt want called is removed from the call list - thye dont want to help people who dont want helped.

Still harrassing people with sales calls. I've been bombarded with about 2 or 3 calls a day. I answered one call while I was in France so it cost me money. I tried to politely tell the sales person that I didn't want sales calls but she just wouldn't take no for an answer. She was extremely pushy i nsisting that I give a time that was convenient for calling back. In the end I had to get quite stroppy and then she just hung upon me. Didn't work though because I'm still getting calls. Have now emailed them and threatened to complain to the Information Commissioner if they don't remove me from their database. Ironic thing is I was quite pleased with the service and if hadn't been for harrassment I would have probably gone back to them. Can't believe they actually get any business this way.
