- Rob| 1 replyI recieved an unsolicited video text from W2 (they also call themselves Venista), charged me £4.50. I found their website and emailed them via that. They have apologised and have said they will send a full refund. A result, but still a hassle, as I have to take a trip to the bank to pay the check in.
If your unsolicited texts and video messages are from W2 or Venista, I suggest you send an email to this address, accuse them of theft an demand a refund.

- RobSorry I forgot to say, the numbers of the sender are the same as those in Jean Silvester's post.

- Another conned Tesco customerIf anyone finds out who the people are running this scam please announce it here. I want a (cough cough) little chat with them behind a dark alley! thanks.
- julieall this happened to me, but i complained to them via email to dora@venista.com i got a full refund, dont let them take your money.
- WhiteyI had a charge of nearly £5 for unsolicited downloads. Orange told me to phone WIN on 0845 1309911. They said they would get the originator to phone me and when they did they said they would put a stop on it happening again and they would refund the £5 which they have. 'They' turned out to be SMS Services www.w2mobile.co.uk. However if I hadn't noticed the charge on my bill they would have got away with daylight robbery as I have never sought nor in fact downloaded anything on my phone intentionally. Pay Phone Plus on 0800 500 212 are the people to complain to.
- cherylI received 4 texts from this number and furious its cost me £6 of my hard earned money! what a con!

- sueI had an unsolicited text message from 82324 saying 'thanks for downloading the video.....' I replied 'What video?' as nothing was received anyway (and I didn't want it!). It says 'any problem call 08706091795', but then also '£3.00/video + standard GPRS/WAP charges.' What to do for the best?
