Stop sending me sms (0829405799) to open venista and then you take my airtime, please refund my money, who gives you the right to do this?

Vedio venista is ripping me off
I received a tricky sms from vedio venista when I opened or down load  the sms I found that its a stupid video and automatically told that you have subscribed
I dont need this.please help me get my refund

I keep recving  texts from Vodafone that say.
Premium text message waiting from 81213 which expires on the 05-june-2011 Insufficient credit- please top up to receive.  When l top up my phone the message that l receive is a receipt for £3
So l can't top up my phone because it will take the charges for a service that l do not use,  I have investigated this and found that W2 Mobile Limited ownes this number 08706091795. Details are below.

i got a video message received from 08706091795 and clicked the link to get the message. I noticed that my phone was downloading and not sure what i was downloading i turned my phone off ( as i dont know how to abort the downloads ! ).
within a minute of turning my phone back on i received 2 texts messages from 81213 to say thanks for downloading 2 video messages... which i didnt! at 4.50 each.........! Rang vodafone up and told them i was not going to pay for any videos as i didnt download anything. they told me it was not on the bill for this month but would appear on the bill for next month and ring back and they would take it off the bill.
I told them to bar that number from my phone and they said they couldnt...strange!

Wait to see what happens about that next month !!!! GRRRrrrr.

after in my faktura i saw charch me 100 swedish kronor..its redicolous..i must talk to authorities to [***] this sucker ,crookers stupid british company,,that still open in england..we must put thim to jail..
in my bill written that i had sended 50.kronor only message to out of country..infact i never send any messga.

Hi there i gor scammed yesterday for 4.50 for a video that i never asked for when i opened the notification it downloaded then i got a text saying thank you for the download. Om with tesco so i shall be reporting this and hope for a refund. does anyone know how they got my number?

wow thanks for this website: i checked my mobile and found at least 5 W2M messages from m.MOBL.com and sev more with stream of alphanumerics - i had kept them thinking they were e-photos or e-mails from friends and were just incompatible with my handset and was going to check them out online.i have now deleted them after reading these horror stories - i am payasyougo so i dont see if they have drained my credit but i will definitely delete now without even risking to read them! Anyone know how to get this onto BBC consumer programmes news websites?

recieved  one of these unsoliseted downloads now cannot cancell or recieve a refund.

down load con cost me £4 -50 from w2 m.wanted cancell and refund but cannot contact anyone.this must be stopped now totaly out of order

unkown email with circular symbol received on vodaphone - same result as all others - as soon as it was clicked on a text message appeared charging $4.50. haven't even opened video as its a company phone and settings prohibit video playing>

I received one of this stupid sms from a web says http//m.MOBI.com/app/s, whem i browsed through it to see what it all about immediately my airtime was gone and this sms says if you want to cancel you must sms STOP to 31804, i have tried this from the last month up until now and i have not recieved any downloads, everytime i load airtime within 5 minutes my airtime is gone PLEASE HELP i want to cancel this, im from South Africa (PMB)
