ive had this company ring me about 3 times aday for over a week, when i answer the phone noone is there, i ring back get someone to say hello and then when i speak it goes dead agai

For the last 4 days I have had phone calls from the One Stop Loan shop - 08719562380. This has been continual, say every half hour.   I They keep asking for "Yannis" and I keep telling them that that person does not live at this number, and also what number do they want.  They do not answer!!
I am ex-directory and have phone BT to report this number and name of the Company.  I am also going to complain to BT as I am also on the Telephone Preference Service, so should not get these calls.
So beware, this is obviously a scam and indian people also answer when you ring back.

I've also had several calls from the One Stop Loan Shop.  When I've bothered to answer, they've asked for Jim.  No-one of that name lives here.

This is another number for One Stop Loan Shop 08719562380 they have been ringing my house up to 9 times a day and as late as 9pm one night waking my children up, I have called them back when they have rung this late 4 times now the 3 calls i made i told them to take my details off there system or i would complain but last night i had to phone them 4 times as they kept putting the phone down on me when i asked to speak to a supervisor or manager the 1st time when i asked they guy said no i won't you will tell me whats wrong so i said no i want to speak to a manager then the phone went down same the second time, the third time i asked they told me no managers were there to which i argued there must be but he kept saying there wasn't then all of a sudden this guy comes on pretending to be a manager to which i couldn't understand him as he could hardly speak english which angered me more and then the phone went down. I have now been intouch with Ofcom and complained to them so if anyone out there is thinking should i complain just do it as the more complaints to Ofcom the better as Ofcom don't take lightly to the scilent calls or the times they are calling

They have just contacted me wanted bank details, no probs, when he asked for 16 digit card no, I told him no chance, they said it was for a £30 fee to put money into account. PEOPLE BE WARNED ANY COMPANY WHO ASK FOR MONEY UNLESS A BROKER ARE SCAMMING YOU.
I LOST £177, FROM ANOTHER COMPANY CALLED DISCOVERY FINANCE.
Now I am unwilling to give any company any money if they ask for it...

I got a call from 08719860475 an Asian person took £40 for process then after waiting 2 days asking about the loanIwas to wait another 2 days no money has ever turned up asked for my deposit returned told 2 days.  Caled several ocasions told blatent lies still no money. Why is it taking so long with all the technoligy, ploice getting info telcom getting involved.by reports like mine.and they are openly contuing with their fraudulant behavure some one must have the knowledge to stop this fruadulant behaveure.

This is exactly what is happening to me, but I have had it for almost 4 weeks now, I rang financial ombudsman and he put me onto the Information Commissioners Office, they told me I had to write,or email One Stop Loan Shop and send them a copy by email as proof that I was asking them to delete my details from their database, if they dont comply then the Information Commissioners Office will take up the case, by the way their tel number is 03031231113 email casework@ico.gov.uk I have just wrote my letter today, tried to send it by fax to one stop loan shop but guess what? It wont go through so i will have to post it, I bet the address is bogus too, Putting all this aside, it is really getting me down, I am ex-directory too.

well i have just applied for a £6000 loan and i was told that i had to pay a fee of £40 so i did and i have had nothing but grief from this company. they tell me that the money will be in my account with 48 working hours, but it does depend on the adviser as they are very busy so it could take longer, but they are quick enough to snatch my £40, well lets just hope that i haven't been coned too, only time will tell.

48 WORKING hours is about six days (8 hrs per day), so it will be a while before he/she realises it's a scam.  Probably before then there will be another call asking for more money for some fake reason.  Of course, if they have the person's bank details they can help themselves.  Sadly it is people who fall for these scams who keep them going.

After countless calls from this "Company" I have taken the liberty of buying a .......... wait for it ....... REFEREES WHISTLE. I take enormous pleasure in blowing this long and loud down the phone at these scamming prats.
Into every day a little sunshine and all that ................ eventually they will get the hint ............... or go deaf haha
