ive had a txt message from this im sick of these calls and txt

Received a text saying my loan( which I never applied for) was approved and I'd to phone them on number 08719861055. When I phoned and told them I wanted to know who had applied in my name, they put me on hold and never came back on.  Beware!

I received a message by text by a mobile to ring this number
08719861055 and were Indian same thing beware I think got something
To do with network 3 all my family on getting same
Messages and that ppi I'm sick off

We applied for a loan and also got scammed by this company, we payed the £40 security fee adn after reading these messages am now not expecting to hear from them again, the indian man said he would send an e-mail within 48hrs of our call convo and seemed very nice but obviously a massive scam!!

He will call you to say loan not gone and he needs more money to try again.

Don't pay upfront fees for anything you are leaving yourself open to be scammed as proved here

had a phone call today from an indian man called james with regard to a loan, as i had already applied online for a loan he told me he was from the company i had applied from, stupidly i gave out bank details that i would never normally do over the phone and why i did i never know, after i spoke to him i called the loan company i had first applied for with who said he was nothing to do with their company
later found it was a scan when i rang trading standards
thanks to my stupidity i spent 3 hours on the phone to the bank to get my card stopped, then trading standards and then to action fraud

THIS IS A SCAM AND PLEASE DONT FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID CAUSES NOTHING BUT UPSET !!!

Yet another call from 08719869540 - Indian calling himself Ray from the Personal Loan Match Company, asking for Lorna Duey - had these calls over the last two weeks, each time informed them no-one of that name ever having our number - this time played along - "you have been approved for a loan of £2,500" = no, £3,000 I said, "oh yes, that's right" he said

Gave ficticious bank details which he took down wrong so I never corrected him. Knew I had given them wrong numbers as they did not match Visa start numbers - very insistent on getting these details!

I then told them again that we had been getting these calls for over two weeks and they said they were aware!

Why keep phoning then?

Forgot to add that he would not divulge an address etc but insisted that I went to http://personalloanmatch.co.uk/index.php where I could get all the information I needed

As if I would give out financial details to a company that refuses to tell me where they are etc!

i have done the same thing yesterday after i got of the phone i was like somthings not right and rang the bank straight away and blocked them from taking money from my account when i get payed tomorrow im going to cancel the whole card and start fresh im so stupied. I was asking them how much i would have to repay them the indian guy sid we just need your bank details so stupied me gave them him and he said theres a payment charger for £40 and i said i only have 40p in my bank he said one second holderd the line then and then came back and said the money has been declind i said well i told you i have 40p in there  then he said well someone will give you a ring in 48 hours to sort out the repayments. I just rang the bank and she said £40 has been taken ao im in a unplanned over draft now!

seriously dont deal with this company they had my bank details and card no off me charged me 1 15 fee to see if my bank account genuine indian man said i would get a email and phone call to process money etc and said id have it in 48 hours guess what no money or email ive rang my bank and now am opening a tranasction dispute to try and get my money back i also found out they are running under several names these guys are indian eveytime i call the phones gets cut off i cant belive this i only wanted the money to buy my boyfriend a xmas present so xmas will be disapointing this year xxx

the one stop loan shop now uses this number 08719869540 they called me 18 times in a row coz i never answered so dialed it back and the automated line said were conecting  you to one of our one stop loan shop operaters...........

Defo a scam. Phoned up and when we picked up they hug up. Indian fella on the phone who would not put me on to a supervisor, after telling me that the supervisor on a 'long call' I basically told them [***] off and if they rang again that I would take it further,this geezer started to sound panicked as I continued to have my say. Defo keep bank information away from these idiots

They did the same with me i payed £10 was promised a loan, waited around 3 weeks every timei rang them back they told me it was bein processed. i canncelld it n they told me 12.15 days to go back into my account still isnt back in. IDIOTS

The only thing that Jill got wrong was "send them back to India".  The reason for that is that they are already there.  Every single cold call I get is from an Asian with a fake western name either using a fake UK number via Skype or a withheld number. Every call is either the computer virus scam, the fake loan scam, the fake PPI reclaim scam or the fake bank refund scam.  In every call they want Ukash vouchers  or credit card details. Don't try playing the race card because, quite frankly, we are sick of it.  If you are in any doubt about the origin of 95% of the cold calls we get, I suggest you check through this website.

Even I got called by these people, I found this site when I googled them, but was not overjoyed to read Jill's comment. I am of Indian descent myself so how can I not take offence to her comment? Scammers are just as annoying as bigots.

Not bigotry. Just sheer frustration.  When you get one of these calls and are abused for not falling for their scams, time after time, them you are inclined to show your, understandable, anger.

Fed up of these calls, they phone twice a day! when we answer there is no one there. We dialed 1471 to see who it is and it is the one stop loan shop, we phoned them and complained twice, they said that they would remove our number from their database, but, low nad behold we got another call an hour and twenty minutes later!!!!

I keep getting calls from the "one stop loan shop " looking for Donna Davies despite me telling them nobody of that name lives here and never has certainly not in the past 17 years they keep calling every day and evening
