Its craftmatic and they've been ringing me for the last 2 years it is really annoying that the phone keeps ringing. i managed to catch them once and gave them a mouthful and to remove my number but they keep calling

The call twice a day - I actually answer some times and then nobody talks.

I am about to board a flight to Perth to crack some skulls....yes I'm incredibly annoyed....but not really likely to board a flight....but if they were in Brisbane.....

I called head office too and demanded that they removed my wife's number.

The first time they said yes they would and I said "yes you bloody well will" and they said "no need to be rude" and hung up BEFORE I COULD GIVE THEM THE NUMBER!

So I rang back and spoke to a man with an American accent who gave his name as Bob Mahoney. I managed to remain calm enough to give my wife's number and ask for it to be removed. He said he would pass it on to be removed. I asked him to also pass on that I was a lawyer (I am, as it happens) and that if my wife got a call I would be suing to the company and going to the police and the TIO. He said there was no need to threaten him, that he wasn't the receptionist, he wasn't in marketing. I didn't ask what his position was or what he was doing answering phones.

I said it wasn't a threat, that I sue people for a living (I do) and that was what I would do. He said, "well have a good day legal lord of the universe" and hung up.

Seems this crowd is back in business who are they?

Received 7 am wake up calls from this number, after finding this website and reading the monumental amount of complaints, i emailed them a link of this website and said if i receive ONE more call from them I will be returning the favour and making nuisance calls to their company and hanging up like they have to so many other people. Fight fire with fire.

I suggest everyone go to the Craftmatic website, email them and say if they don't remove your number, for every nuisance call you receive you will make 10 to their company and hang up. If they get enough they will have to change their marketing policies. I can't believe they are legally allowed to do this.

daily calls to my mobile. Calls are unsolicited and unwanted.

They've called me 4 times in the past 2 days, no one speaks, and they hang up after 5 seconds. Why hasn't anything been done about this in 3 years???

Seriously sick of this number calling me every other day three or four times a day!

Regarding this Phone Number 8 82403 9200 I rang this number and I spoke to a lady by the name of Liz and I told her that I am on the Do not Call Register and wanted to now why I was getting up to 4 phone calls from this number each day and even on weekends. She advised me that their phone system is a automatic dialing system. I than said but how did she get my phone number because again I told her that I am on the Do No Call and she told me because they are not a telemarketing or Research Company they are allowed to get my information or anyones information and call them as it is a loop hole in the governments law because the Do Not Call Register only protects people from Research and Telemarketing Companies she told me that she get my phone number taking off their list but it take up to 48 hours to do this she also told me that if I know anyone else to advise them to make them call the number and to get their number taken off their calling list.
So I recommend anyone that is getting phone calls from 8 82403 9200 call them now and get your number taken off their list because they have the right to call you and keep calling you for the next 12 months. And again they can also purchase your information again after the 12 months is up so they can continue to call you until you have it stopped.

After being annoyed constantly from this phone number on both home and mobile I was lucky enough to find this site. Read the comments and looked up the company's number in the phone book "Craftmatic adjustable Beds'' they had a freecall number 1800 210 330 called them and instead of just getting an answering machine got through to a woman this time. Told her to take both numbers off of their lists and not to call again. She was not at all happy with this but said that she would do it. It appears that the calls are on an automated dialing system. Hopefully I will not hear from this company again. Nor have the slightest inclination to want to buy an adjustable bed!!!!!

I have received calls from this number and get nothing when picking up, One thing to be careful about, people repeat call a number at different hours to get your routine, if you home or not and what times and days your not home. Its best to answer the call each time.

This number rings me at least 8 times a day, i have asked to be removed off their call list but they stil continue to ring me arghh i work night shift and hate waking up to the drop kicks calling me at every hour..

The number 0882439200 would ring a least four times a day for months and now the number 082439289 has replaced it doing the same thing ringing two or three times and hanging up.If only i could get hold of someone responsible to crack them in the head.Its hard enough running a small buisness at the moment and i have these clowns making life even harder...PLEASE GIVE ME A [***] BREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

08 8243 9289 often ring my mobile - as it is a number I don't know and more specifically a prefix I am not familiar with, I do not answer it. Sounds like I should be glad I don't.

Don't know if people are still reading this site, but I got stuck on the craftmatic merry go round.  They nearly drove me mad.  I finally started sending all sorts of stuff to their postage paid address.  You know, YOU don't have to pay for the mail, just send it.  I would send BOXES of HEAVY stuff, envelopes, whatever.  I would always put a message for them to STOP CALLING ME.  They stopped calling me after about 2 weeks and I have NEVER heard from them again.

Oh, just for fun as they have made me so angry in the past, I occasionally repeat dial their number and wait for the person to become furious. I eventually ask them how the hell they like it.

How do you blacklist a number?

I get missed calls from this number all the time as well, they only ever seem to let it ring once or twice, seems very pointless. I just called them back and asked them to remove my number from the calling list, see if they actually do it, this guy was actually very polite sounded like an Indian putting on an american accent, I did mention this web page of complaints, maybe that's why he was so polite.

I suspect they are all businesses to steer clear of. When I sent a registered letter to cancel my contract, there was no-one there to accept it. Their customer service and hotline numbers are usually answered with a recorded message - and they don't ring you back if you leave your details. They don't reply to emails.
I've been nearly four months sleeping on the lounge, and am having to take them to court in an attempt to have their uncomfortable bed taken away, and hopefully my money refunded.  After Fair Trading intervened on my behalf, their lawyer wrote offering me the services of a mattress expert - I could sleep on a variety of mattresses until I found one that suited me!  They know that I have my old comfortable bed in storage.
