Received an 091502 call at 09.15am 3rd December.  This is the second time it has happened

What is it all about?  Such a strange number

had acall from this number today 091502 when I picked up the phone nobody aswers, whats going on

Got a couple of calls from this number
No reply when picked up.

Had calls from this number several times over the past couple of days.  No-one there when answered.

Earlier today (at about 15:36 GMT) I received a call from this number. A foreign sounding man, possibly of Asian decent, calling himself Paul asked me if they could speak to someone with a foreign name. There are no foreign people living here so I politely told him this. He then asked me if my postcode is: (he quoted another local postcode.) I told him that this is a different address. He then said the words as follows:"the man there is dead" or words to that effect. This could be checked by the police, who I understand may have a record of the communications people make. I am not aware of knowing anyone in the road in question. The suspect claimed that they can recoup all or some of peoples unsecured or secured (can't remember which) debts by writing them off for me or anyone, saying that this is part of a government scheme in the UK. Yeah I'm sure he would have wanted to do that for me out of the very kindness of his heart ! His tone of voice seemed abrupt and impolite. Similar calls have been made to my home on many occasions also a relatives home in the local area.

These people will not take no for an answer. I moved house in July & got a new telephone number from Virgin Media & since then have had about 70 calls from them. The TPS is a joke and Virgin Media wasn't very helpful.  The law can't touch them as they're calling from outside the UK.
The best way I found to get round the problem was to put their number into my phone memory & selected it to go straight to answerphone without my phone ringing.  I then recorded a message saying all cold-call & marketing numbers had been blocked.  It hasn't stopped all unwanted calls, but the numbers have reduced considerably, & I only pick up the phone if it's a number in my safe list.  I also have the satisfaction of knowing they must be so frustrated at hearing my message each time.  
I hope everyone that's been driven crazy by these morons will try this, then perhaps they will finally get the message.

They call me 4 or 5 times a day.  Normally now I don't answer but today I lost my cool with the person on the other end.

Someone whould be made to put a stop to this.  TPS can't do anything as the phone number that shows on the phone isn't a phone number.

I get several calls from this number, but there's usually nobody there when i answer. This morning they rang @ 11.39, and when I answered the male voice (sounded Indian) asked for my husband, I said he was out could I help, they then hung up!
We have call blockers but still these and others manage to get through.

This number is an Indian call centre on behalf of Richmond Group, offering services such as debt management or IVA's - my suggestion is that you contact the TPS to get them blocked

Problem solved! Got a new Panasonic phone for Christmas which blocks up to 30 selected numbers & cuts them off dead without the phone ringing, so no more annoying phone calls!

keep phoning my house but there is just silence at the other end and they put phone down when we talk and when you phone the number it just buzzes so you cant talk to them got to stop them

i am getting phone call after phone call from this no, there is nobody there i work shift work and dont like to be woke up for nothing

This company keeps ringing my house, i have asked them on numerous occasions to stop calling me, sometimes it can be 4 or 5 times a day, and this is getting very annoying.

I to have received calls.I tell them I have £70000 worth of debt answer all the questions and then get transfered to the uk. Every body gets exited ( big commissions) LOL answer all questions and then tell the uk to do one. They get very upset at all the time they have wasted LOL.
Next time it will be £100000 of debt even more exitement.
The uk guys need winding up if you have the time might even arrange to meet up with one of them on the Isle of  Sky to discuss there proposals.Do you think I will turn up. For £100000 he will. LOL

Receiving up to 4 times a day calls from indian, i assume call centre advising me of a government scheme where i can reduce my debts. tried to be polite but at wits end had  2 already today.

Have been call every day for the last 2 weeks, they say they are about debts and things
