I just had a call from this number.  It's not even a full telephone number.  I didn't answer it, it just rang off when my answering machine came on.

Called this afternoon. Answered but got nothing but a brief silence, followed by being disconnected. Caller ID shows 091502. Pretty annoying as I'm signed up to the TPS.

I have numerous calls from this number (091502), sometimes as many as 10 a day. I have spoken to the people on the phone and it is a Call centre in India. They told they are a debt Advisory company. I explained that I did not require any help and told them not to call me again and to take me off the list. They then proceeded to call me again within 10mins of me putting the phone down. I have tried to bar this call and am also registered with TPS but the calls still get through!

Hello everyone i work for the company some of you are talking about, noble finance, my name is Chris and i am one of the directors.

For the last few weeks we have been receiving compaints from many people everyday asking us to stop calling them as they were being bombarded with phone calls.

Firstly we do not have a call centre and we do not employ any call centres in this country or in India to cold call clients on our behalf. We have had this matter under investigation for a few weeks now as a firm in India maybe on behalf of an english firm or not i dont know but our name is being used fraudulently !!
We are a small firm that mainly deals with referrals however we do have a very small web presence. I do not know how or why this has happened but can assure everyone on here it is not our firm doing this and this is causing me huge concern at the minute. This has already been reported to the TPS as we have had complaints from them.

I really do not know what else to say, i hate getting cold calls , i do not agree with it and i assure you all it is not my firm. We are looking into this matter but it is proving very difficult to identify the culprit.

If anyone has any further information on the callers please please share it with me so i can take the strongest possible action against these people.

I received a call today asking for myself or my husband. Enquired who's calling they informed me "horizon debt advice" Soon as I asked how they got my number they hung up.  Did 1471 and the bizarre number of 091502 was left.

I don't know why they call us but one thing is for sure, they don't understand the word not interested!!
Iwas so angery I started playing with them like i acted like i was intersted and started to talk to them and at the end i said i wasnt intersted!!! One time I repeated what he was saying, which made him realy angery. And another time I started singing etc. And for three months I have not revived any more calls from them. Hope it works for you..!!!

@Chris - can you confirm what action is being taken?

This company rang and said they were ringing about the Government free plan to get rid of debt. I asked how he got my number as I am ex directory he made out that my husband had requested him to ring! I said I don't think so and if so, could he tell me what our personal security password is which we give to companies who we want to speak to.  He said my husband never gave him one so I said then he obviously doesn't want to speak to you.  
Bit of advice, anyone calls like this and tries to pull a fast one, agree with your partner a word for them to give you if you want them to speak to you and ring back.  Companies ringing always ask us for passwords so why not let us ask them!!
I asked for their number so I can call them back, he said they don't give out the number its outgoing calls only. So I said I won't be dealing with anyone that can't give me a legitimate number to speak to, their company can't be trusted.  He put the phone down!

I was called three times today by this 091502 number too, during the day as I was off from work.

After checking the comments on this website, for the third call I answered and just lay the phone receiver in front of the TV speaker and gave them an hour or Come Dine With Me.

i get 2 or 3 calls a day from them too.  as soon as they start to speak i tell them im not interested and dont qualify for this government scheme but they wont take no for an answer. i just hang up on them they usuakky ring back witin 30 mins

They just rang and asked if I had heard of IVA and he could not even say it correctly.

Receiving lots of calls a day, probably originating from the Indian call centre (Liontel Info Solution Pvt Ltd. See http://www.liontel.com/) that's owned by Capital Finance based in Leicester.

It's about time Capital Finance are shut down, investigations are ongoing which could result in this happening.
