non stop calls.. they ask for people like mr street and odd names!! and allways argumentivethe last call a few minutes ago asked for mr street, and when my partner told them where to shove it they asked for lady of the house! wtf

umpteen calls from this number, each time no one speaks, can't barr the number, can't ring it back??????? STOP THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

strange number just silent calls

I've just had a call off this number.  I've got caller display, but am sick of getting unsolicited calls. I'm supposed to be exdirectory!  The following conversation then took place:
Me: Hello?  Caller: Hello, may I speak to Ms Right?
Me: I'm sorry, there is no-one of that name lives here, I'm afraid you've got the wrong number, so please stop calling me. Caller:  No, Not wrong number, I called 0191*******
Me: Obviously, that's my telephone number, but no one of that name is known here.  Stop calling me
Caller: I want to speak to the person who uses this telephone line, is that you?  Ma'am, I'm calling from (inaudible) company and am informing you that you are legally bound by this telephone call to clear your debt  Me: You what?  What debt?  What company are you from? Silence
Me: Look, I am ex-directory, I don't know where you have bought my telephone number from, but you better remove my telephone number from your list, and if you call this number again, I will report you to the police for harassment. Caller: Oh no, no need.  No call. Line dead.
Lets wait and see whether there is going to be another call.

I hate this company.  They call twice a day, 6 days a week. Obviously being Indian Sunday is their rest day!!!!  I have even pretended to have moved but to no avail.  I have screamed down the phone to them to just go away or I will complain to ofcom.  Just got home from work and surprise surprise a missed call from them.  Have tried ignoring the phone when I see their number but why should I have to. Thee people are a total menace and should be banned!!!!

This number called today asking to speak to me they had my sirname right but my first name wrong so I told them there wasnt anyone here of that name, he hung up without a word!

Call from them today,  'James' from india. Didnt connect for a while, then there was a time delay on the line, his accent was not understandable, think he said something about 'claims' and when I tried to ask him to repeat the name of the person he was asking for, he banged the phone down!...Charming!

just had a call from these at 2240 on a friday night.. not impressed, how do i stop the calls?  iam registered with tps but keep getting them?

this number calls at all hours of the morning, Just rang now at 1.00am

this number called 02.15am woke us uppppp. it calls all day. i dont answer dont recognise number.

I hate cold calling..who is this number and why did they call at around 15.15 on 27th nov. on 01780410539

the [***] called me at 1.30am this morning. when i woke up and answered it i got 10 seconds of silence then they hung up

people have posted telling you who is cold calling you.

All of these cold calls are coming from call centres in India.  If you read the following you will see that many of the people involved are actually criminals and fraudsters selling and buying lists of intended victims.

Caller: Indian Call Centres

I am getting sick and tired of receiving calls from 091502 - at least 3 - 4 times a day and the other evening 11pm....

pain in the rear i got verbal today made me feel good, if they keep it up my fun will start ?

This number is becoming a real pain.  Must get at least 3-4 calls a day from them.  When answer you are just greeted with silence.  Would love to know the company behind this!  Wish I could get hold of someone at the other end to let rip!
