Someone has been calling me with this same damn number 1234567890. I was just called again but this time it was from 234567890. I have done a little research myself-make note that I am, by far, not at all computer savy but what I have came up with will definitely shock you all. If what  has happen to me is the same for anyone else you'd be surprised at how many times we are being called by  this "service"  and not know it. This "sevice" can be purchased by anyone ( more than likely your significate other or someone that wants to be) from a SPYWARE CO. It can be downloaded to your cell phone once it has been done it immediately goes into stealth mode -meaning you are none the wiser that its there. This software can track you every move LITEREALLY!!! The "SPY" logs in to the website and is given a list of options of what he wants to spy on. The service then calls your number (its not suppose to EVER show up on the caller ID). Your phone wont ring or even light up. If it does and you answer-the person on the other end has the option to change his voice to sound as if its a woman on the other end and vice versa. They just choose to locate you with your GPS which you can never truely turn completely off. If you have turned it off this app can actually turn it back on if thats what the "SPY" wants. The SPY can view your entire contacts list even the deleted ones and review any&all changes you have made to the existing ones. If they choose to they can even download a copy. They can view your call logs &pick one then call you with their own phone but shows up on caller id as the one they chose & when you answer you dont recognize their voice because its been altered. If your surfing the internet with your cell phone or chatting with a friend or maybe your just looking up a recipe for dinner. They can snap a screenshot of what you are physically looking at. They can even be immidiately alerted you are online-by alerted I mean the service calls them on their cell or text them &they can pick up their phone &see what you are seeing LIVE. They can view all your photos, videos web history your email accounts & content. They can turn it on or off. If you have stumbled upon something you shouldnt have while on the internet, they can actually knock you off it &when you try pull it back up from hisrory log its not listed as if you were never there!! Anything you can view or do on your phone they can too thru this service. You cannot locate this APP anywhere on your phone. It dont even show up in your background running apps. Its totally stealth & you have been totally HACKED & totally VIOLATED!!!  The only way to remove it is for THEM to disable it or you can take it to your service provider &have them totally wipe out your stuff. That is IF you are listed with the authority to do so. If your name is not on the account then your not allowed. Oh I  almost forgot, they can call, text or email someone from your contacts and it will show up on your friends phone like you called, texted or emailed them!! Either way-loved one or not- you are being stalked and that my friends is against the law!!! I literially stumbled upon this info. I didnt know the first thing about computers & didnt care to know. Im old school but not so old. My husband had went back to school a few years ago in the medical engineer field but decided to change it unbeknownst to me. He is now officially certified as a Forinsics Hacker. So dont be fooled as I once was. I have taught myself quite alot in the past few months. Not only that, this collge graduate doesnt even know that he has been hacked back. So, good luck to you all.

They called once but did not leave a message

Got this same number calling me.  The man on the line had a thick accent as well.  I couldn't understand half of what he said, but I did know he had my phone number, name, and address correct.  He told me that all the errors that windows had sent over the internet indicated that my computer was about to crash.  He asked me to go to my computer and turn it on and he would fix the problem. When I told him I was not anywhere around my computer at that moment, he proceeded to ask me when a good time would be that he could call back to fix the problem.  He said that if I didn't take care of it immediately, my computer's hard drive would crash.  Just then, someone called me and I asked him to let me pick up the call, he again threatened me and told me I would regret it.  I picked up the other call and found that there was no one there when I got back on the line.  When I tried to call the number again, I couldn't get through.  Boy, am I glad you have this website.  Thank you!  Does anybody know what that caller was trying to pull by getting me oneline while he was on the phone with me?

I got a call from 1234567890, it went to my answer machine and they hung up.

I received a telephone call on my home phone in Destin, FL, at 1:21 PM today (June 1, 2012).  There was a very foreign sounding man who said hello and something else that I could not understand what he was saying. The accent was very heavy. I immediately hung up.

Received a call from this woman, to my cell and to our home number.  To my cell, I didn't pick up because it appeared as UNKNOWN CALLER.  She left a voicemail, asking me to call her because "she found my cell number on her machine/voicemail".  I NEVER CALLED HER, I DON'T KNOW THAT NUMBER.  Then she asked me to call her using the same number, my cell.  Have no idea how she got my cell number!!!!  I never called that person!!!

I just got a call at almost 10:00 pm (I live on the west coast) the guy claimed to be from Microsoft and said he was calling me from New York, which would have been midnight his time. He starting asking questions about if I was getting errors on my computer, and my husband ended up yelling at him and hanging up. Definitely feels like a scam or something...

i got a all from this number but i hadn't checked the caller ID before and that itself was a big mistake which i wont do again. It was a man with a heavy, i think Indian, accent saying he was from Microsoft and that there where things wrong with my computer and he wanted me to do stuff to it but i gave the phone to my brother and he just yelled at him and hung up.

this number has called five times in twelve hours.  no message left.  no idea who this is?  is there any way to block such numbers when i do not want them?

Yup, Indian guy just called me too - stated he was with Microsoft, that I had 'malware  on the pc' and they have been trying to reach me for some time.  I just told him I didn't believe him, and to try it on someone else... Now I'm sorry I didn't screech into the phone or mess with him.  ;)

Called again a few hours later - I was ready to give 'em heck, but I only heard a pre-recorded "We're sorry" and they hung up.  Next time!

I had the same call and problem, however. I did enter the prompt and it took me to a page that showed all the threats to my computer.  He then tried to sell me a maintenance prgram for $189.00 from Microsoft.  I hung up on him.  It came into my computer thru an email for a work at home program.

I did report to my phone provider - then couldn't do anything

Well, we've been getting multiple calls/day until last night.  Most of them answer with the prerecorded "We're sorry" or "Goodbye".  Last night my hubby spoke to a very ill-prepared Indian girl who tried the spiel.  After a few minutes of back and forth, he heard a man yelling at her and she hung up.  Klass Akt.  lol

i had this call today... chose to ignore it as obviously it looked odd!!!

I have also received numerous calls from this "unknown name" and 11234567890 number ALL hours of the day and night.  I can hear voices in the background but noone leaves a message.  My reasoning is 'if you don't talk, neither do I'.  I have not and will not pick up a call when I don't recognize the phone number or the caller.  Obviously, being on the Do Not Call Registry males no difference or does it stop all these nuisance calls.  Telemarketing companies (if that's what this is)are a giant pain in the neck to most people.  If I remember correctly, telemarketing companies use reverse phone directories to go through a list of phone number and start automatically dialing those numbers.  Why on earth can't companies/organizations like this be found, stopped and put out of business for harassment -- there just has to be some way to stop this nonsense.

The number has called me 5 times in a row beginning at 12:12 PM and it shows it is coming from Salem, OH.......(234-567-891)  We should all start calling that number over and over again so they can see how annoying it is! What do you say??? Too bad it is a bad #.

I have had a few calls from this number.  They say they are calling about my Windows operating system.  I have not contacted anyone with regards to my computer, so this is not a call back.  When I asked who they were, they hung up on me.  SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO ME.  BEWARE.

I have been receiving these calls since last year, and then they have started again today.  It is always a man with an Indian accent from India or the Middle East.  He tells me that there are problems with my computer.  I tell him, "do not call back here again."  My husband is a retired Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt, and he is quite mean, so he will answer next time.  Last year, I used my husband to get rid of this caller.  Try it, and it should work, but the man must be very mean and firm.  They don't like to tangle with a man.
