Hmmmm T-mobile seems to be a frequent common denominator here, thats my carrier also and I started getting these calls a week ago. I never answer numbers I dont know unless I am expecting an unknown caller. Now the calller ID is just a single digit...1...! I also had the letter show up inserted in the number. Seems spoofing numbers is going on a new slant. I have a new android phone, and used an app called "who are you" to ditch any further calls from these predators, it even allows me to ditch the caller ID of "1",

Someone is calling me every day from this number and they dont say any thing  and it show unknow

I just got that call, and I pick up no matter what, and if you've ever seen the ring, it was kinda like that. A bunch of randomness, and then a robotic female voice saying, "Goodbye" and then it hangs up automatically. If I don't respond within a week, then NEVER pick up the phone with that number.

Called, I answered - not smart I am sure :( told them we are on do not call list, but who is this?

I have been getting a call from this number daily. It displays as 1253429c454. Today, I called this number back and the c turns into a 2 so the full phone number is 12534292454. The lady on the phone said "this call cannot be completed as dialed." And when I answered yesterday, the line went dead immediately. If anyone figures out what's going on please share!

I am glad to know I'm not the only one receiving these calls.  I also have T-Mobile and will call to see if I can get it blocked.  I did try to call the number back and I don't have a "c" in front of it and it wasn't in service.  They must call me 10 times a day or more.  Thanks to Magami for everything they found out as well as the rest of you.

I got a call from this number too.  I didn't pick it up.  It had letter 'C' in it.  Anybody know who is this?  Whom we should complain.

2 month bothering me

just got the same thing..no msg. either. I haven't picked any of the calls up though and after reading this wont bother. I also have tmobile and will be calling them after work to complain. .may be they did get hacked.....that's scary since they can keep your card info on file for payment,,,,

Hello all I have T-mobile as well and for the past three days, usually in the afternoon, I have been getting a call from unknown and there isn't a number listed. They haven't left any messages. I never answer calls if there isn't at least a number and if I don't recognize the number I don't answer.  I figure if it is important and they really want to talk to me they will leave a message.  Today at about 1pm I recieved a call from this same number and of course didn't answer, and they did not leave a message.  Then at 3:20pm recieved a call from unknown and no message.  I am going to call T-mobile, I'm sure, or at least I hope, that other people have contacted T-mobile and make sure they are aware of this.  I wonder if it is only T-mobile customers that are being affected by these people.  Obviously these people have way too much time on their hands to play on the phone all day, I mean that is something I did in elementry and middle school.  They need to grow up, get a life, a job/a real job and make an honest living instead of trying to steal from innocent people.

The number was 1253429454, it didn't have any letters in it; its not even a complete number.

I got the same call a minute a go, but this time it was the Health and Human Services he ask form my CC info, which I deny to give so he said, I'll received the check by mail, which he had my info already.

He also told me to call his manager and he could get me my money, but I check the phone and didn't even existed.

Hopefully the stop calling...

Well, first let me say I love getting calls from this number. Sincerely love when I pick up and answer, there is nary a voice on the other end. Silence is golden. I believe this is God calling my cell just to check up on me and make sure I am still alive. That is why nobody ever answers when I scream "Hello". The almighty need not utter words, perhaps he just wants to hear my voice.

I also received calls from (125) 342-9454 and I'm a Tmobile customer.

There is no area code "125", so calling back is impossible from this spoofed call (or any 10 digit number beginning with 1).

I've added it into the blacklist on my android by holding down on the number in my call log and tapping "Add Number to Blacklist".

I also did:  menu>settings>call>Call rejection>Auto reject list>+Add>"125">Match criteria> "Starts with"

I also made sure: menu>settings>call>Call rejection>Auto reject mode>"Auto reject numbers"   was on

Look Ma! No app required to block all spoofed calls from 125 area code!

Area code 253 is actually the area code used by MagicJack  from Kent WA and isn't spoofed.

I still have 253 blocked because I don't have any expected callers who use MagicJack from WA or I would have to make an exception for that MagicJack caller.

I have gotten several calls over the last week and never answered because I thought it was international. I kept blocking them and it nevet worked. I finally looked up the forum and saw what everyone is saying so I finally answered this morning and told them I know it's a scam and they hung up. They just called again and I told the person that called that I reported them as a scam and hung up. Hopefully they won't call again.
