I'm also a Tmobile customer.  Just began receiving these call today.  Already have received 3.  This was a  woman  who I didn't understand very well, after asking who she was, she said that the government selected my number.  I  than hung up.  God knows, I don't want to talk with anyone from  this administration.

I have gotten a call twice from 1253429c454.  First time was last night around 8:30pm.  Next time was around 11am today.  I didn't answer last night and no message was left.  I answered today and they hung up.

They keep calling me! i have no idea who they are. They call me like ten times a day, and even at 6 am. Very annoying and unprofessional. One person called me on private today, and I assume it's the same number. left a really rude voicemail just saying "hello" in a rude, loud voice then hung up. atop claling me! anyone know who this is?!

Same exact situation and number as all of the previous comments (sometimes with a C other's with a the number equivalent) am also on Tmobile and never picked up.  Finally picked up recently after reading all the responses here and I called the scam artist out (definitely had an Indian accent) and he got very upset at me and instead of my name he asked for some random name I didn't know.  I kept telling him to take me off his list and he said that he asked for someone else so this is the wrong number so stop asking to be removed from the list. I kept insisting and he eventually just said 'yes you are removed', which of course was a lie.

Wthell can we do about this, this is extremely frustrating.  They call at all hours of the day and night and are rude!

I got the same call just now and I think they are getting our numbers maybe off FB. If you play those games on FB they want your basic info. I don't give my number to anyone. This is the only thing I can think of. I did not answer mine either.

This number calls me periodically and never leaves a voicemail.  Calls are always after 5PM.

The guy on the phone sounded the same as the guy that scammed me for the secret shopper check scam some years ago. I never give out my cell number so I'm wondering if maybe any of you have fallen for any scams and maybe this guy kept the number to use you again.
I am still researching what type of number of number this is.

I'm starting to see a pattern here, it appears the majority of people being  harassed by these individuals are tmobile subscribers. Am I wrong here? It would seem to me that someone within tmobile might be selling off our numbers to overseas scammers. I know how to trace incoming calls and if these scammers are truly from asis, middle east, or what have you. Getting them to cease and desist will be very difficult. I get this call 3 times a day at various times of the day. They are using a computer program called a War Dialer to dial random and numerous numbers, they can tell to report any "call back" number they like your caller ID to show you, hence the 'c' in the phone number. It's to throw off those trying to call th back or block their number under traditional means. I am going to doe best not only block these idiots but identify them as well. Anything i discover I will gladly share with you. Including their true contact info. It's what I'm good at.

I just got a call for this number, when I tried to answer the call, it got hanged up. Then I immediately tried to call the same number, but was not able to reach it, " you cannot dial this number due to conjecture"

My brother is missing in Mexico. He was kidnapped and his bank information used as well as his cell phone. Someone has been calling from this number and when we answer they speak Spanish. Do any of you have any connections to Mexico? It may not be connected, but at this point I am not taking any chances.

I finally answered it and it was a questionnaire for AAA (we had an auto claim and they wanted us to do a survey). So, maybe an out of country call center?

I also just got a call from this number, I am w/ (and have been for years) T Mobile however, I just updated to an Android a couple of weeks ago and just started playing Candy Crush on it through FB.  Wonder if that is how they are getting numbers as someone upthread mentioned.

I think it's someone using skype to make calls.  I got a call and they did leave a message, I ordered something online and it's the company calling to schedule delivery.

They aren't scammer, I did pledge a donation to the New England association of chief of police that I forgot to make and they finally left a message to remind me about the payment. This is my personal experience.However , I don't know if this is a calling center hired by companies to make call on their behalf.Hope this helps.

This is a scam from India. I have received a few calls from them and asked to be taken off the list, but of course they continue to call. They claim, "This is the federal government grants department and we want to give you a $30,000 grant. We just need some information from you to send you a check." Last time I checked the federal government already has my information. I have T-mobile.
