This number called me as well, knew my name and address said it was for colleges in my area.

T mobile customer. Yep. There's a trend here. Lawsuit time

I keep getting calls from this number. How do I make it stop?

Just got a call from this number 1253429c454.
But when you search for it online you can't find anything with a "c" in it.

They said they are from a radio station analysis survey company and what stations do I listen to?
When I finally was able to speak I said "Remove my number from this list, do not call me again, and I am reporting you to the Attorney General as I am on the Do not Call List" *click* they hung up on me.

It's a Indian speaking idiot that calls. You can barely understand him. And I have gotten this call for a few days in a row now, never leave a message, this time, after looking on here I answered it.
Wonder what the next call will be about. Perhaps new windows? What kind of computer I have" Whats my first borns name?

I recently was mailed 3 grand for my school funding and I got this call today. First time I've ever received any type of scam calls. So I pick up and the guy said, or well what I heard was "I'm sure you're wondering why you were selected to receive this money ?" and I assumed he was talking about the 3 grand. So he asked for my card info and address (Dumb move I know but I just woke up and was in a haze) but it wasn't an actual credit card it's those cards colleges hand to you to pay for your school and only your school. So later after he hung up I looked at the number (because I just picked up before, didn't even check the number) then I researched this weird number with the letter 'c' in it and found this thread. So I hurried and contacted my school telling them about this matter and they quickly cancelled my current card and another lady from Seattle calls me and tells me about the grands I will be receiving. So I went along with her for a bit in the beginning then later I told her how I wish them luck in getting money out of a card that no longer works and she hung up.

I've been seeing comments about how this may be an attempt of identity theft, but since it was not a real credit card, do I still have to worry ? Besides, don't people usually need your SSN to steal your identity ?? I have contacted T-Mobile about this issue and they  told me to go register my number at the National Do Not Call Service. What should I do ? They can't do much now that the card is cancelled right ?

That is exactly how it comes up on my cell phone. On my home phone, the call comes up "Anonymous". I am so glad I looked this up; now I know it is a scam calling. Next time I WILL answer.

Received a call from this number at 4:25 (EDT) today.  Fax tone left on voice mail.

This just started on my phone (t-mobile), answered twice said I was not interested, when they said they we with the Denver radio association and wanted to conduct a survey. The second time I was short and told them not to call again.  Today they called 3 times I did not answer.  Tomorrow I'm going to answer and record the phone call, and forward it to the fcc. As well as tell them I've recorded it and then hopefully that scares the scam artists.

They tried to call me on my cell but I have the free call control app from google play store installed on my phone. Automatically sends unknown / private / and blacklisted callers to voice mail. I recommend it strongly. No more BS !

I got a call from this number and when I answered a recorded voice said "Goodbye" and then it hung up.

had a call today. man offered to 'send me $$" i told him NO!!!!!! & hung up. Her keeos calling. This is harrasment!

This number just called my phone and they did NOT leave a message. All I heard was rustling around and breathing in the 0:04 second voicemail. I don't answer my phone to numbers I do not know.

they called said I won a vacation then when I asked if they had the correct name because I didn't remember filling anything out, they tried to dismiss me then said have a nice day buy. I think they try to steal identities so be careful. the number had a c and the lady had like an indian accent.
