I believe I was just about to be scammed by this person also but did my research and found this website fortunately! I thought $50 a night in Honolulu and photo's of a lovely apartment were too good to be true and his emails demanding instant payment via Western Union!! Going to report him on Craigslist.

so is this a total scam the apt in Hawaii, man I just about fell for it, just had that gut feeling and when they would not answer any of my questions.... i googled the name "Dale Connell" and all this stuff showed up, wow I wonder how people like this can live with themselves.  Nice try but not that stupid from Canada.

I was looking for a vacation rental in Chicago. The person with the name of Bridget Brackins <briedty23@gmail.com> requested a deposit payment of $250 for a 2BR2BA apartment. I asked for a contact number and was given #206-339-0186. I am so glad that I googled this number before sending the payment. The given PayPal account was <tnelson8916@yahoo.com>

I found this thread by googling the name "Bridget Brackins". I'm assuming this is a scam then?

I didn't know the phone #, but I did inquire through Craigslist about an apt in Sacramento. I was suspicious as she mentioned overlooks Boca Ciega Bay. Also the apt. looked very nice for only $50.00 a night. Her reply was:     "Address: 1201 Fulton Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95825

I forgot to mention in above post. In case others don't know, Boca Ciega Bay is in Florida, borders St. Petersburg and others.  What authority can we report these scams?

I just got this one from another so called owner, he said that the person I was sending the payment to was his accountant, when I found her and her address she ahd no idea what I was talking about!!!
