Got the same call and hang up for 206-397-1523

I got  Call from this phone number, and when I answered the phone, they hang up.

Received one (1) call from this number today, Friday, May 21st.  I missed the call and they did not leave a message.  Does anyone know the name of the company?

The caller from this # claims to sell or offers "freebie" home security systems.  I couldn't understand the company name when they called me a 1/2 hour ago, & based on the way they talked/their wording, I wouldn't trust them.  Just a "gut feeling" or "instictual feeling" that even if they are legit it would be a sub-par system or poor install.  Besides, with the dog & cats running around the house motion sensors are usesless & living in the rural countryside alarm systems are pretty useless with 30+ minute police response times .... hence the dog!

When I called the # back to verify the company name or try to determine legitamacy, all I got was a recording that never once identified who it belonged to & just simply telling that if I didn't want to receive future special offers to press 1 to be placed on a do not call list.

The feeling of it being a scam or 2nd rate stuff doubled!  Any company that won't identify themselves on a call-back message won'y get my business!

I'm on both my State Do Not Call Registry and the National Do Not Call List.  So I filed a complaint with both!

Just received a call from 206-397-1523 on my cellphone. Hung up before I could answer. Damn telemarkers. I'm on do not call list with the .gov.  How can they still get through?

Just got this call, googled the number and got this site too.  Same story as everyone else's.  Kevin from Home Security Group offered me free security services if I agreed to put a sign on my lawn.  I told him I don't live in a home and he said ok and hung up.  Reported it to the FTC.

report them! if i get a call again i'm going to answer and get more of their info so i can better report them. I wish i knew the name of then "company" and such to better report them. so annoying. Maybe i'll try to get an actual contact number for them and spam them with [***] calls. F*** them.

Got a call from this number. Looked it up and I got to this website. Didn't leave a voicemail, but I still don't know how they got my number...

The same # called me 3 minutes ago  I didn't answer but after seeing the posts on here about it being for a security system for free in exchange for marketing I realized that it must be the same company that came by my house about a week ago.  I don't really think it's a scam but I do believe that they get you to install the system and then they get you by making you pay a monthly charge for their service.

I reported them to the do not call registry.  If enough people report them, they will be prosecuted.

They are collecting valid cell numbers and selling them wholesale to other marketing companies.
There is no alarm company. It is an elaborate ruse to subvert no-call lists and bother consumers
with an endless parade of crap products, worthless services and scams of every type.
Death to the scammers!!!

Call came in on my cell phone. grrrrrr. it is a number I keep private. I didn't answer and there was
no id on the caller ID, just a number.

Someone from this number called my mobile phone and hung up when I answered.

I suspect phonphan is right.  They use a random number generator to generat phone numbers that are called by an automated system.  If it rings in, they log it as a legitimate working phone number and sell it to telemarketers.  I got a call about 30 minutes ago on my cell phone.  When I didn't answer after two rings, the call disconnected.

Just got the same call from the same numbers as others.  "Kevin" offered me the same free security system with sign placement.  I told him I wouldn't make the decision without my wife.  He said another rep would call back later.  I know what my answer will be now.
