I receive calls on a daily basis from them, and my phone is listed for "No Sales"

They call approximately 2-3 times a day. I read the postings and decided to pick up one day. I politely asked that they stop calling and advised that I was on the national DNC Registry. The woman caller was pushy, but not rude and kept reiterating that it was for research. I advised that I was not interested and asked that they remove my number and stop calling as it is in direct violation. She again continued with her speech that it was on behalf of the department of health.  I firmly advised that further calls will not accepted and to remove my number as well as I will be lodging complaints.  She then became argumentative and aggressive to which I advised that the call was being terminated.  The calls stopped for about 4 days and have since started back up.  I will continue to file complaints each time they call and would urge you to do the same.  https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

I had received multiple calls from 208-376-3376, which I discovered is Clearwater Research, Inc.,

Spoke to a nice young man named Ryan, and explained I am retired and have health problems, and
do not wish to receive unsolicited calls.  He said he would remove my name from the list. Even though I wasn't going out of my way to be really nice to him, Ryan was exceptionally nice!

I am on a no call list and this MEANS YOU!!! I am filing a complaint

JC, I understand what you are saying. Some people exaggerate quite a bit. BUT, I answered the phone the first time and told them I was not interested in participating and I still get a call everyday.

So you are the SCUM BAG that bothers people who are not interested in your dam research! Why dont you get a life and let people alone if they do not answer. Duh that means they dont want you calling so dont call back at all! GET A LIFE!

I keep getting calls from this number ( 208 ) 376-3376. At all hours, I don't pick up because I don't who it's from, how do I get them to stop ??????

Received an incredible 9 calls from this # in the past couple of months.  I guess Do Not Call Lists are now Please Call Me Lists.  Hate this. Says "unavailable".  That's what we should be to them, "unavailable"

The thing is there are so many abuse callers we dont know which one is not.  we dont know that you do not have our address or other info and could be trying to find out who lives there.  maybe alot us us prefer not to be called. thats why we go on the do not call list.  it should be honored.

Just call them and press 0(Talk to operator). I talked to a very nice gentlemen who put me on the Do Not Call List for the company. It was short, it was simple. I didn't have to go through any hoops.

I have a very ill gent. in my home. I do not care to talk to them...and most of all I do not care for them waking, upsetting my gent....I have told them this....they are a bunch of ass...I finally told them to quit calling COMPLETELY....because of his ill health.......they called back the next day....I'm gonna report them to whomever...and find some way to get them to back off my private number if it takes a lawyer...as far as the cdc and the fda are concerned they are all a fraud, too...I pay for this phone, I get to choose who uses it.....and I don't give an out house rat's smell who they work for!

These people call several times a week and leave no message. I have told them in the past that I do not wish to be involved with any surveys or questionaires but they continue to call.

I am on the "Do Not Call List" however, it seems that these people do not have to obey the regulations and they continue to call.

I just go by what I hear in a movie once--"The telephone has no constitutional right to be answered."

Then let the CDC or whomever call us directly. Further, I doubt that you actually know how the computer works, nor any idea of how many times it dials a particular number.
What is the code for the calling "seed"/randomizer? More than likely way over your head. Take your shocking news and shove it. The CDC and other government health agencies can poll the medical industry.

First of all, everyone on here is just paranoid and needs to stop being such a pu**y. You guys are so worried about them find out where you guys live and about your personal health information but they don't give a sh*t about it, they are just trying to make better health programs for the future like for  your children but people are to stupid to realize it. And as far as your do not call list it is a government study so government  means exempt so quit your little girl bit**ing. And call the attorney general they know about this study and know what its about and probably tell you to stop bi*ch to because they have better things to handle.

According to my caller ID they have called my house on 8/2, 8/3, 8/8, 8/9, 8/10, 8/11 and 8/12.

I have told the person on the other end that I am not interested and please never call my number again but they still call and I tell a new person the same thing.  It should be up to me whether or not I want to take these survey's so if you do work for the company tell them that NO MEANS NO.

I checked this out and it's legitimate health statistics random sample research. I.m sorry that people are so upset, and can relate about harassment. But of you have the time it helps others to participate. Good science helps us all. Thanks

Harrassing phone calls from this caller...on a daily basis, including Sundays @ 9:00 at night...One day they are going to catch me in the wrong mood...I pity the coward on the other end of the line

Have called my cell phone on...9/4, 9/2, 8/31, 8/30, 8/28, 8/27, 8/26, 8/22, 8/19, 8/10

These people have called my phone every day for the past week. I put them on my phone reject list. Still keep calling.
