This call came in on 10/22/2015 at 7:39 am. It was the freight company DHL and was legitimate.

This foreign Arab sounding person proceeded to tell me the Microsoft computer scam and I told him to not call my house any more.  He cussed me out and told me "I don't Fu--ing care what you want and we are going to call your house again'.  Of course I went full auto on his [***] and then hung up.  I am willing to do what ever necessary to get these scammers to stop.  I will bring a rope!!!

I got a call from them today, but immediately knew it was a scam.  My neighbor was scammed by them recently for $ 250, but I was able to get his money back.  They want to sell you a service contract and download a bunch of stuff you can get free.

Told me I have a computer problem, I told him I know his call is a scam and he hung up on me.

I received a call from 210-280-8487 on my cell but they left no message when I didn't answer!!

A man with a thick accent, said his name was Benjamin, and he worked for Microsoft. He stated that some one in New York was trying to hack into my computer. He said I needed to be in front of my computer so he could help me. I said how do I know your not trying to hack me. He then gave me my sons name and my address and said to stop playing games with and get to my computer. I said in an accent that I am not who he said he asked my name I gave home a fake one and he hung up. MAJOR FRAUD ALERT.

I find it fun to mess with them, telling them I'm watching porn, and describe a scene to them.
Or ask them if they have kids, and if they would like someone to rip them off?
I figure the more I keep them online, the less time they have to steal.

A woman who sounded like an Indian, who identified herself as Nancy, called and told us that our computer is sending out signals that hackers are trying to get in. She said she is from a company called Windows Care Company. She called from 210-280-8487, and when I asked her for her phone number, she said their phone number is 845-262-3275. This one is definitely a scam.

I have had 29 calls from this number, fortunately, I have call block.  However, it is a male voice, foreign, and says he's with Windows company.  My husband plays with him a bit and says that windows is an operating system and not a company, then the caller hangs up.  AllI can say is I'm thankful I have call block as I have had calls at all times of the day and evening, even the wee hours of the morning.

I received a call from this number and the area is listed as San Antonio, TX. I've had several from this number so today I answered. It was a lady with a heavy Indian accent. She proceeded to tell me how I was chosen to receive a grant from the Federal Government for $7000 and I'd never have to pay it back. She never once asked my name etc... I played along for a bit and then when I knew she was listening for some identity information to deposit this money I blasted her with my air horn! Take that you scumbag!!! I'm sick of scams and telemarketers!

 The caller was female, difficult to understand, very pushy, would not give Company Name (Phone only indicated "TEXAS".   Now that solicitors are by law, allowed to let the recipient's phone ring only FOUR (4) times, when the phone rings, I do not answer, wait to see how many rings.  BUT, this time I answered <sigh>. IF rings stop after 4, I know it was a solicitor. RARELY do they leave a msg.     The caller kept telling me I am having trouble with my computer....which instantly told me it is a scammer calling......

Caller called our workplace saying he was from United Healthcare. Researching the line proves this is false and looks like possible fraud or scam. Hang up on the,

This caller is aggressive and demanding. Hang up and don't listen to the scam! Ignore!

I'm the 1,001st person to comment.  :)    I didn't pick up, but called the number back.  Got the same recorded message with a cheerful female voice like Bell used to use for their messages.  To the effect that the number is no longer in service.  Got some other calls recently with the same thing, and they're coming back to Boonton, NJ.

Recvd this call from 2102808487, I have in laws in TX, but not in San Antonio. So I let it go to the machine and it hung up. Then came to look it up. Also called it back and it says this # no longer in service. SCAM.
